DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
poor customer service, they state returns accepted but when you try to get in touch to do just that they ignore you. I believe this is a scam to ensure you are out of the return period so they do not have to refund you. I have sent 5 emails requesting a return of a pair of wedge sandals and had no response from them. The order was for EU size 39 they sent EU40. I have since read after looking deeper into this company that they do this regularly. These shoes were not cheap in all Marley shoes owe me over £40 quid GBP. Do not buy from this website,

They say they are a small family run company, they have told me many times i am a valued customer. I ordered three pairs of shoes. I am reviewing my foot wear following an operation so it is very important to me. I ordered 12th Feb 2026. I got the order 22nd March. Two pairs are ideal. The third pair of trainers are awful. At least one size too small and with a plastic sole with no grip at all.
Now despite my emails i am being ignored. Fat chance of a refund or replacement or an alternative.
Sad face.

Ordered from Marley BEFORE looking at Trustpilot! Don't often make this mistake. Shoes took weeks to arrive. I was getting emails to review them well before they got here. They were relatively expensive £44 - something like that. Fortunately I bought them to wear inside, with one particular skirt, and they will probably be ok for that. I don't think they're strong enough to wear outside. Or for long. They are more like slippers than shoes. Very flimsy uppers. I will not get caught out again!

False advertising! amazing website that specialises in orthopaedic footwear… but all your getting is an order from Temu/Ali Express. I actually found them for sale on Ali Express for £6.59 😡

I wasn’t even made aware they were coming from china- they are very poor quality and look nothing like the image on Marley shoes website!

Do not order.

Extremely poor quality shoes supplied - and the wrong size. It is only when you want to return the goods that you realise you have been scammed by a Chinese company! Marley shoes is NOT a UK family business as they describe!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARE A VERY POOR QUALITY CHINESE COMPANY!!
