Disappointed with We Do Skin’s advertising
“I love Alumier products, but I was disappointed with We Do Skin’s advertising. They claimed that all products were already 20% off, which wasn’t accurate. I had purchased the same items before Easter at a properly discounted price, but after Easter they were listed as ‘already 20% off’ while still being sold at regular price. This felt misleading and frustrating as a customer.”

I really like that there’s a company that legitimately gives one access to luxury skincare items in Canada. However, when reaching out to ask a question about the status of my order, I was responded to via AI and would have preferred a human response.
