Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers reported significant issues with their orders, including receiving incorrect items, wrong sizes, or products that did not match the advertised descriptions. People also expressed considerable dissatisfaction with the return policy, finding it difficult to return items or obtain refunds, often due to strict conditions or the requirement to ship items back to China at their own expense. Some people were dissatisfied with the product quality, noting that items were defective, not waterproof as claimed, or poorly made. Delivery services also caused frustration for some, with complaints about long shipping times, lack of tracking updates, and packages arriving damaged or not at all. Conversely, a few other people also felt that some products were good quality, comfortable, and arrived within a reasonable timeframe.

Not Orthopaedic slippers

First of all l ordered what was advertised as a supportive orthopaedic slipper in a size 6(39)...
Costing approximately £39
Very long wait for delivery
When these cheap looking and feeling slippers arrived today l have never seen anything so awful.
No instep or shape inside - completely flat and very hard under foot.l had to feel with my hand as l couldn't get my feet into either one and l don't suffer from swelling
The size says 39 - more like a small 37.
In my opinion disgraceful and would not recommend anyone buying these from this company

Rubbish

Would have given no stars if I could. Product arrived in pieces after a very long time. Contacted to return and was just fobbed off time and time again. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Quality of items is abysmal and customer service even worse

WILD EYE VISION - Read before buying from them...

I wished I had read these reviews before I purchased a bike cover from WILD EYE VISION - please take heed to the reviews as I would not have made my purchase and would advise others NOT TO ORDER ANY PRODUCTS from them. The bike cover they sent is inferior - it is not branded, no reflective tapes or handles, as shown on the one advertised on their website which we ordered. They will not accept a return and refund unless they approve it. Their website clearly says you can try for 30 days and return - our product is unused and they will still not approve the refund. I am furious and their custome service advisers are hopeless and just keep saying we need their approval. Over the last 3 weeks since I ordered and received the product I have sent photos and numeruous emails (no call centre option) to explain and they are not prepared to accept a return and refund even though the product is INCORRECT to the one described and therefore meets their refund policy. Please DO NOT USE THEM. I will ensure I use a UK manufacturer and supplier in future.

Scam Chinese company pretending to be in Spain. They advertise other company’s products only cheaper, then they say there is a ‘delivery’ address issue. Then you confirm it’s correct, then (all by email, they don’t answer the phone), then the delivery is not ‘confirmed’ then the delivery is ‘returned to sender’ IN CHINA. Total scam.

Not fit for purpose and company not permitting customers to exercise UK consumer rights

False advertising; poor quality camera. Does not hold battery charge for more than one hour so not fit for purpose as the advertised "security camera" outside; certainly not HD - very poor quality image; 24/7 connection - also false as it constantly drops off wifi. "90 day free trial - money back guarantee no questions asked" - also false. They send generic "copy and paste " emails if you request a return stating that only accept returns if item is faulty and for a refund to be issued once the item is assessed and fault approved . If you list the issues to get instructions for the return process- you continue to receive the same generic email. This implies that tehy believe that their internal process overrides UK statutory consumer rights. Spanish company ordering in from China, but with a UK presence, they need to comply with UK law. Hoping that Trading Standards looks in to this after reading other similar reviews on here,

Utterly Appalling service

Appalling service. Items ordered over 3 weeks ago and no updates unless I contacted them. They finally said that the items aren’t available. They don’t want to give me a refund.
Do NOT buy anything from this company.

Don't buy from this company

Don't use this company. The product was shipped from China, which had not been made clear when I ordered. It took longer than I expected to arrive. As it was too awkward to use I checked the refund process to discover that I had to send an email to get approval to return, and the item had to be returned to China at my cost. Hmmmm. My request was rejected because I had 'changed my mind' - which was not the case as I found the product was not fit for purpose. And this despite the website offering 100% money-back guarantee if you don't like the product for any reason within 90 days. I have sent multiple emails since then but have had no reply at all. Needless to say I won't be using this company again.

Terrible company

I ordered some slippers on 27th March. Two weeks later I still hadn’t received my order and was told they could no longer provide the slippers.
I was asked if I want to choose another option and I did not. I asked for a refund as they were not able to fulfill my order.
I have been chasing up this up, I am continually fobbed off with being told they will look into my options.
Their communication is terrible.
I wish I had read the reviews before as I would definitely not had ordered from them.
I want my refund.
Do not buy from this company

I bought some walking shoes and when they arrived they were absolutely rubbish and the souls were thin as paper when asked to return them they said that they had to be damaged or the wrong ones and refused me to return them and get a refund they seem to be happy to take my money and don't care about giving it back I wouldn't buy another thing from this site

★☆☆☆☆

The slippers I ordered have been damaged and squashed out of shape by the poor packaging. They should be in a box. I have been requesting a refund, but so far, had the same standard letter. They are not listening.

Absolute rip off/scam

Absolute rip off/scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!.
Purchased 2 gps trackers. Slow delivery and VERY slow customer service. Items not compatible with my phone. Nowhere in the description did it mention compatibility issues. Contacted the company straight away to return it in the original packaging. 3 weeks later I received an email asking for pics which I sent. Weeks later I get a response saying no refund as items not defective. Returns policy is non existent and customer service is shocking. AVOID. You’ve been warned.

Scam/Fraud Website

I placed an order on 19th March 2026 for a pair of shoes with priority shipping, paying £47.57, and this has turned into an absolutely appalling experience.

Since placing the order, I have made multiple attempts to contact them for an update. The only responses I have received are generic automated messages claiming they are “looking into it.” There has been no real communication, no progress, and no attempt to resolve the situation. My repeated requests for either the product or a full refund have been completely ignored.

This level of behaviour is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this business operates. Taking payment and then failing to provide the goods, while ignoring customer enquiries, is deeply concerning and shows a total lack of accountability or customer care.

In my experience, this operates like a scam website — customers are charged and then left without their order or any meaningful support.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. Based on my experience, there is a real risk of losing your money with no product and no support.

BEWARE false advertising.

BEWARE false advertising.

Do not trust this company.
They will rob you of your consumer rights.
I ordered a magnetic glass cleaner. The only reason I ordered from this company was because it advertised a 90 day trial and if for ANY reason you are not happy with the product you could get 100% refund.
I've had emails back from Maria and Ludy both diverting and avoiding answering any questions and using the same email advising me that they only refund if the product is damaged. I referred them to their advert wording, but they just ignored this refusing to give me a refund. The goods are brought in from China and not fit for purpose.
How they can get away with this I do not know???
