Just finished my move today what a great team we delivery ltd sent me a 2 man team and Luton van this job too me was going to be a big one but Marco went out of his was to comfort us and made the move smooth great guy respectful team and very strong 100% will recommend to my friends and family*****

This is one of the worst places to order Indian groceries. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. I’ve ordered from them twice, and both times, they failed to deliver during the assigned time slot. If the delivery driver is running late, they never bother to inform you—leaving me to chase both the delivery team and my order.

To make matters worse, they frequently replace items without asking for customer consent. The delivery person never checks what is available, and if something is out of stock, they simply replace it without consulting the customer. This complete disregard for communication and professionalism makes for a truly frustrating experience.

I would strongly advise against ordering from them. It’s far better to visit an Indian store and buy your groceries in person.

I have used this delivery company three times - most recently they transported furniture and moving boxes from Sussex to North Yorkshire. The teams provided on each occasion were excellent. They were courteous and very careful with the load and the property we moved into.
I highly recommend.

Awful experience. Booked and confirmed a job and then Bruno decided to take on another job and send a random 3rd party person to me - who had no idea about the job and was very rude. Also, I paid for 2 people and he only sent one and the driver asked me (a heavily pregnant lady) to carry boxes as he was only asked to unload. Very unprofessional and disappointing!
