Friendly and attentive service.

The lady in the shop that looked after me was amazing. I'd previously been to the Derby shop and I wasn't overall happy with the experience so I was very apprehensive about the appointment. I did explain what had happened previously and she instantly put me at ease and she totally made the whole experience.

Katie helped me choose my wedding dress, and she was incredible throughout the whole process. She really took the time to understand what I liked and didn’t like, which made it so much easier for her to find the perfect dress for me. The whole experience was enjoyable and felt relaxed rather than overwhelming.

Sophie was amazing from the moment I arrived in the shop! She instantly understood my vibe and vision and the second dress she pulled out we both knew was my dress! She kept asking if I felt comfortable or wasn’t sure on anything which was amazing considering I’m 12 weeks post partum! I love my dress feel even more excited knowing that it’s been changed to fit my vision and hits every point I wanted it to! Would highly recommend!!

I had the best experience at Wed2b. The staff were really lovely, treated me so lovely & accomodated my large group too. Amelia was the BEST! She understood the assignment. She made me feel comfortable, confident, at ease & like a princess. She really is an amazing lady. Id advise anyone going to try get Amelia to help you find your dress, im so happy she helped me & all my party group loved her too. I said yes to my dress, the 1st i tried on & i fell in love instantly. Thank you so much!

Amelia and wed2be Hinckley store was amazing she made me feel so comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted and was able to find me my dream dress first time. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience or member of staff.

I went on a Friday mid-late morning and it was lovely and quiet with only one other bride who arrived as I was trying on my last dress. Loren was our consultant and she was amazing at putting me at ease. I saw the dress I ended up buying online first and luckily it was in stock in my size! Even though I loved it I wanted to try on a few more just to make sure. I was able to do a walk and sit test as well as try on a few veils and hair accessories. I requested a wildcard dress, which Loren thought would suit me regardless of what I’d already told her about my likes and dislikes and she came back with a beautiful dress that came very close. Once I had said yes to the dress she took a photo of me with my mum which felt like a very special moment. Whilst we were advised to buy a box I didn’t think it was needed as I felt the bag would be enough and we weren’t pressured into buying anything we didn’t want to. Amazing experience and wide variety of beautiful dresses!

Such a great choice of wedding gowns and there really seems to be something for everyone.
Trudy helped me on my two visits trying on dresses. She was really friendly, listened to my thoughts and helped me in deciding on the right dress shape etc. Very professional and made it all very enjoyable experience for me.

Everyone was so kind, welcoming, really took their time with me. Nothing felt rushed

The girls at Wed2B were amazing. They were attentive, kind, and made me feel very comfortable when trying on dresses. They could not do enough for me, and displayed an amazing amount of knowledge about dresses, styles and sizing. I had the best experience whilst choosing my dream dress, and that was all down to Wed2B. The dress selection was incredible, and I would 100% recommend any bride to be to go to a Wed2B shop!

I would like to thank Claire at Wed2b Hinckley for making my experience so special.. she is a lovely lady with a wealth of knowledge. I was feeling confused and nervous when I arrived as I'd seen so many lovely dresses online but she made me feel at ease and sensed when I got that 'this is the one' feeling.

My bridal consultant Sophie was fabulous, she listened to everything I said I liked and didn’t like and found me the perfect dress. She was very likeable and friendly, making it really easy to be honest with her about what I wanted! I left feeling super happy and so did my guests and it was such an enjoyable experience.

What a lovely experience we had at wed2be x the 2 ladies made us feel so welcome and at ease . The lady that looked after us was so helpful without being pushy.
In fact both ladies made me feel like I looked a million dollars in my new dress and I came out the shop so excited x a beautiful service x thank you x

I went today not thinking I would find a dress. I’ve had so much anxiety about finding the right dress and my experience from other shops wasn’t as good that I felt quite disheartened about trying somewhere else. The ladies were absolutely amazing with me, they were so welcoming the second that I walked in, and when it was my turn they asked all the right questions. I’m so shocked to actually say that the first dress that I tried on was the one!! The lovely lady had really listened to me, and taken everything on board. I’m indecisive, hard to please and I change my mind a lot. I warned her about this because of my nerves, yet she made the whole experience so amazing and I’m so truly grateful to her!! Sophie was amazing! She managed to find my dress on the 2nd try and narrowed down exactly what I wanted. She made alterations to my dress to make it just perfect. I’m so excited to wear it on my wedding day! Thank you!

The Hinckley shop of Wed2b was absolutely fantastic. I did know exactly what I wanted but still the best experience. I laughed, contemplated a lot, and even cried when thinking my late mum should have been there. But 100% I got the dress I wanted.

I went into the store in Hinckley today feeling nervous and unsure of what exactly I wanted. However any worries I had were quickly put at ease. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, especially Sophie who helped me find the perfect dress with very little to go by, in regards to what I thought I wanted. I can’t thank you enough! I would highly recommend!!!

Lauren was very very helpful and picked out different styles/ textures of dresses. Nothing was too rushed and the staff were all so friendly and lovely.
