I had a wonderful experience choosing my perfect wedding dress. Katie was really helpful and took her time to understand what I liked/disliked and found me my perfect dress.

Very helpful and informative. We were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the 2 ladies in the store. They were great at advising us on what accessories were available and providing extra information on the fit of one of the bridesmaids dress styles.
They allowed us to use the facilities before leaving, and addressed my toddler by name and spoke to him whilst he was getting restless waiting for me to complete the paperwork - I thought this was a lovely touch and it felt very personal. Thankyou!

I went in not expecting to find a dress, and extremely nervous. But Sophie W was absolutely brilliant, and made the entire experience so lovely. I've come away with my dream dress, and the most beautiful accessories. Thank you so much Sophie W!

I had tried on dresses before coming to Wed2be Hinckley and something was missing that I couldn’t put my finger on and Sophie found exactly what I wanted within 3/4 dresses!! The knowledge and vision was priceless 👌🏼🤍👰🏻‍♀️

It was such a wonderful environment and Katie was fabulous she put up with all my little details and was just the best

Being a plus size bride. I always feel body conscious but Tracey at Wed2b made me feel so comfortable.

I had the best experience and I got to try on all the dresses I liked online and a few of her suggestions. I said yes to the dress!!!!

I can’t wait to be able to put it back on again, I never wanted to take it off !!

Welcomed by Trudy and then Tracy helped me find my dream dress. I gave Tracy an idea of what I thought I wanted and she delivered- the first dress I tried was the one!! Thank you Tracy!

I could not have asked for a better experience! I’m plus size and was a bit worried beforehand about the experience but honestly it wasn’t an issue!!! I had Amelia helping me and she was fantastic and knew what I wanted before I did!!! She got me things I didn’t think I liked but I ended up loving them all and found my dream dress almost immediately even though I did try lots on.. so I would one million percent recommend

Amelia was great and knew exactly what I wanted (and didn’t want!!) said yes to the dress today on my first visit! Thank you Amelia!

We were greeted straight away by Amelia who was amazing. Nothing was to much for her. Very happy with my dress

Visited twice with a couple of weeks in between and the manager not only remembered me but also the dress etc - great customer service from all the staff .
Only criticism would be some of the fitting areas look tired .
Will definitely recommend !

Me; my mum and sister came today. Tracey was our stylist and she was amazing. She was kind,patient and helpful when I got stuck choosing between two dresses! I would recommend anyone going to the Hinckley store. I didn't catch the lady who finished off our experience but she was lovely too. Thank you again everyone for making our experience so nice 😁 x

I had a great experience at the Hinckley store, Caroline was amazing she really listened to what I wanted and knew what she was talking about and was so kind. I was so happy they had all the dresses I wanted to try on in stock in my size, I bought my dress and felt amazing in it.

I was very nervous about going wedding dress shopping but it was so easy at Wed2B - Walked in and got seen straight away, Katie was absolutely wonderful at taking on board all of what I said I would like and finding dresses that I might like! Lovely fitting rooms and dress options, and I found the dress I wanted!

Caroline was really helpful and put my mind at ease as was very nervous.

Made a dreaded day into such a magical experience 🤍

Lauren (I know I’ve spelled her name wrong) was patient and knowledgeable when I really felt like I was starting from scratch. I know every bride is picky but when you are time bound on sorting a dress and you are trying on and critiquing everything and you’re starting to doubt everything, Lauren remained patient and kind. The last dress she brought out I was half tempted to admit defeat and I thought I’ll try it and move on. I am so glad I did. It wasn’t what I had envisaged but I couldn’t be happier. Great experience made better with well trained, kind and professional staff. Thanks Lauren and Wed2be!
