I dealt primarily with Henry, but all of the guys I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The company had excellent customer service and were very clear of what I needed to do at each stage. I also liked that you could negotiate your sale. Henry was always very polite and not at all pushy when I often couldn’t take phone calls at work, so a big chuck up for him.

The actual sale was fantastic. They picked up my car from my home, settled my outstanding finance, dealt with the relevant tax transfer, and then sent me an email summary all within about 48 hours. I personally couldn’t facilitate the handover of my car, and the team were very polite and professional with my partner who gave the keys over for me.

After recent (bad) experiences with the more mainstream ways of selling a second hand car, there simply had to be a better way. After conducting some research online I came across We Buy Prestige Car, read a lot of the Trustpilot reviews and decided to give it a go. Eureka! A second hand car company that deals with queries efficiently, treats the seller with respect, communicates well, sticks to and delivers on it's promises (including the price offered). Big shout out to Henry and Shaun who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. What more can I say, I have no hesitation recommending these folks, my only regret is that I didn't know about them sooner - could have avoided a few terrible experiences with others.
