Excellent company to deal with. Gave me a fair price for my bike. I live a distance from their base but everything was complete in a week. This was a bit new to me but they gave me a step-by-step guide (recommended good couriers too). Communication was very friendly and prompt. Payment received same day they received the bike. The process was really simple and within 24 hours I had a purchase valuation on both bikes.

It was a simple as filling in the required form online and submitting it for a quote. Quote came in within a couple of hours and I found it to be a fair price. The quote was valid for 2 weeks which gave me plenty of time to box my bike up and post it off to them.
Once they received my bike they let me know by email and then they carried out an inspection of the bike checking it over for any damage that might not be seen in the pictures I sent them.
Once both parties were satisfied the money was transferred into my bank account straightaway.
All in all it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend these guys to sell your bike with.

Ok, so I wanted to treat myself and came across my dream bike (Cannondale Scalpel) on the Webuycycle website (after noting on the ebay listing that the price was cheaper there). A dropped a cheeky wee request and Paul was quick to reply and indulge me. Swift, polite and personal comms are underrated these days and so to feel like I was actually of interest to them made a big difference (and not just because of the money). All questions answered I bought the bike and they were supportive in arranging an appropriate delivery date and, when it arrived (always a worrying point), it was so well packed and protected. Having ridden it now I can only give them a top rating on everything, from the description and photos in the listing, to the comms and the delivery and the bike itself. No faults at all for me. Just have to get fit and do the bike justice.

What a great experience start to finish. I sent the necessary information and photos etc. Had a reply within the day and a very reasonable offer. I decided to drop my bike off at their premises as it wasn't too far. Quick inspection from one of the mechanics and they transferred the money there and then, the same figure as quoted by email. Really friendly staff. Can't fault a thing. Best of luck with your business.
