Fantastic honest service from Paul and his team for exchanging components on a bike I had purchased from them. Absolutely no problem with the swift additional work he had carried out for me.
I collected in person to meet Paul and his team, it was worth 400 mile journey.
Im delighted with my purchase and would certainly deal with them again. Just fantastic people!

I’ve been looking to buy a new road bike for a while toying with cycle to work vouchers etc, I’m glad I didn’t because the bike I bought from webuycycle is like new for a fraction of the cost. The warranty service is great as well, I had a small issue with my bike which was swiftly resolved by Paul.

I recently bought an Orbea Terra gravel bike from Webuycycle.
Really happy with the service. Communications were excellent through both email and telephone.
Jono went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for me. The whole team did a great job.
I would definitely recommend buying from webuycycle as the first place to look for a next bike.

Was looking to sell my gravel bike and webuycycle was recommended by a mate.

Process from start to finish was excellent. The form was simply to fill in and within the hour I was offered a price that I was very happy with. Sent the bike down, it was checked over the day it arrived and the money was in my bank before close of day.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, and if I’m looking to sell in the future I’ll be trying them first.

Fantastic service from start to finish with these guys. I came across a Canyon Aeroad CFL SX on Ebay through them and then went on to their website to make the purchase – very straight forward and easy – hassle free. I decided to travel down from Northumberland to collect the Canyon bike as I intended to see what other bikes they had – I’m glad I made this decision as I came across a Factor bike which I also liked and I was really impressed with the VETTA wheels which Jono was very helpful on.

I run DT Swiss and Zipp wheels on my other bikes but find the VETTA wheels to be better quality – really impressed with overall ride quality, lightweight design and excellent hubs.

I eventually purchased 2 bikes and a set of VETTA wheels and I will certainly make WEBUYCYCLE my next stop to purchase my next bike and will certainly be buying another set of VETTA wheels – highly recommend.

As someone touched on – the only criticism is that the website doesn’t do the quality of the bikes justice as I found the bikes to be as good as new – immaculate condition.

These guys are cyclist's and fully understand the small nuances of their customer base, dealing with the small details and making sure you're not on your own once you leave with your new bike. Outstanding service, incredible value, and a great team at Webuycycle.

I bought a Haibike Allmtn 6 CF new from these guys in Jan 24, the whole experience was great , quick, easy, and I love the bike. 4500km later it developed an error and a non standard warranty claim was needed, Paul could not have been more helpful with overseeing the process, as it would have been very easy for them say it wasn't their problem.
It's so refreshing to deal with a straightforward, honest set-up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Bought a great new Colnago from WeBuyCycle last year (August 2024) with no issues what so ever. they answered all my email questions and we happy to chat on the phone too.
when the bike arrived it became obvious that there was an issue with one of the shifters which was covered by the Shimano warranty, WeBuyCycle offered loads of options to get the whole bike or just the shifter back to them to deal with Shimano, but in the end they were happy to let me deal with my local mechanic and reimburse my expenses. there were no problems they couldn't help with and were brilliant at points.

Just received a beautiful bmc timemachine, which I purchased from webuycycle! Wow ! No fuss ,no drama!
Quick delivery, bike was packed perfect! Team were straight back in touch if you need help !

Fantastic service from start to finish with these guys!! This was a great easy, hassle free way to sell my bike. I got the quote for my bike the same day after submitting all the information and photos. I had additional questions that I asked and I received a really quick response. Very happy with quote, communication was on point, always kept in the loop. I used the courier service Paisley Freight to ship my bike that they recommended, who were also a very good service. I would definitely recommend Webuycycle, they provide a very professional service and I'm so glad I came across them when thinking about selling my bike. Thank you to Paul and Jono in particular!

The communication was first class. The process of getting a quote for my bike was simple and quick.
The courier they recommended was great, picked the bike up at my home and delivered it next day. I was paid within 3 hours of delivery!
I would not hesitate to deal with this company again.

I’ve had quotes for selling two bikes to WeBuyCycle and both were spot on in terms of market value. Submitting the info was really easy I got responses and valuations within 24hrs, as promised. I dropped a bike off at their workshop today and was paid by bank transfer as soon as it had been checked over - very straightforward.

The workshop is an Aladdin’s Cave of very high quality product, all beautifully prepared and sensibly priced. The team were all super friendly, knowledgeable and properly passionate about bikes and cycling. The service throughout has been great.

My only constructive criticism is that the website photos don’t do the quality of the bikes justice!

Overall: Strong recommend.

Bought a second hand Canyon road bike in great condition for a great price! There was a minor issue with one of the wheels after I collected. As I am located in Bristol, a local bike shop was able to fix and WeBuyCycle covered the bill with no questions asked - great customer service and after care!

Bought a NOS BMC Roadmachine a few months ago and couldn’t be any happier with the bike or the buying experience.

I bought a Vitus bicycle from WBC and transaction went great.....never felt at home on the bike and after some investigation found it was designed for 5'7 person.
Contacted them.
They allowed me to exchange and pay in extra for another of their bicycles.....
The one I chose is great!
