Received confirmation onthe 3rd Dec that my phone was accepted. Despite twice contacting this company no payment has been received. Phone no shown is no longer in use!

My phone was sent and tested fairly quickly but I was advised on 3rd December that payment would be made during that week. A week later I sent a "reminder" that I had not been paid but did not receive a reply. Nine days later I have still not received my money. This does not seem right.

How does this company get away with it ? Take your phone and not pay you ! Absolute daylight robbery , have spread the word around to all my family and friends to never ever use we buy any gadget , I don't know how they get away with it ....

Avoid at all costs! Initial value was £408. Was told this was a system issue. Took over 2 weeks to actually value it and said it was worth £150! Device was perfect as it was replaced by Samsung. “Communication” is appalling. Also if you choose PayPal they charge an administration fee. They should not be able to run a business like this. Don’t waste your time on these cowboys.

Placed order to sell my device on 28-May-24 and had to chase up twice for postage paid pack - never arrived til 22-Jun-24!
They have been in possession of my device since 28-Jun-24 and I have chased up multiple times for an update on my payment. Last communication from them was 09-Jul-24, saying they will test my device as soon as possible.
I had my device checked before sending to them and it was in mint condition with no issues or faults, so if they now come back and say there are issues or faults, I will be taking legal action against them. Had I know it was a Company being run out of a house, I would never have placed an order with them.
I will be complaining to Compare And Recycle, who have this Company on their website!

I sent my mobile phone to the company and received an acknowledgment of receipt on 2 February, with a message that payments are usually processed in 1-2 days.
I'm yet to receive payment or further correspondence. I've tried calling and e-mailed without reply.

I sent my phone to them time ago (IPHONE X64 GBb I haven’t had an email from them stating they had received my order on , the website check tracking information can confirm received. It when will I be getting my payment. Next question

They were very quick to send out a bag for me to post my phone in and sent an email to say they received it two days later. The website says that they will issue payment within 48 hours, however, a month on no payment.

They don't respond to emails or telephone calls and I am no further forward.

Do not use! they will take your device but wont issue you with payment for it! They basically just steal your phone!

I sent my phone to them a month ago (IPHONE SE). I had an email from them stating they had received my order on 10th August 2018, the website then states payment will be received in 48 hours from getting the device. I emailed several times and called them but nobody responded (phones never get answered). I then received an email from a guy called John on 17th August saying there was a "technical glitch" and that he had sent the details over to the payment team. We are now at the 24th August and I have emailed again to say I have not received payment! Nobody responds to any of your query's, its the worst I have ever been treated as a customer! Don't waste your time, use a proper company for your gadget. This one has caused me stress and I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY!!! I will be contacting watchdog next week if I don't get it by Tuesday.

Sent my phone to them two weeks ago, received an email on 12/02 to advise my item had arrived, it then took two days for them to update the status to testing, it’s now EOD 21/02 no more information given, I’ve called daily from 16/02 and sent an email from the form provided, I’ve heard nothing.

I sent my phone to this company 2 weeks ago I have had an email to say they have received it and that I’m awaiting payment. It states payment within 48 hours but it’s been 12 days so far and no payment and no explanation.
Avoid this company they don’t answer the phone and just send an email to say they have received my email query.
Avoid this company at all costs !!!
