They have what I need and prices are competitive. My only complaint with this site are the ridiculous shipping charges. When you add shipping to the cost then prices are a bit out of range for some things. To get free shipping you would have to pay a high monthly subscription... again adding to the price of purchase. unless you order a lot every month its not worth it. However, some things I need are found here at better quality and prices even with shipping cost. I do not purchase often, maybe once or twice a year so a subscription would be far to costly for me. The site is easy to navigate, checkout is easy, and thus far I have not had any problems with shipping.

Poor website/product numbers
Item header states 5lbs, description states 6lbs. When email is entered for pricing and a coupon code is sent, there is no place to enter the code for the discounted price. Very expensive with shipping!

plus membership doesn't give free shipping
The plus membership is supposed to give free shipping on most items. Most items say free shipping but i still get charged for shipping. I will be calling customer service.

An excellent first-time shopping experience
Site is easy to navigate, glassware we bought for our home was exactly as specified, product-quality was even better than we expected, and glassware was delivered a day ahead of original prediction, carefully packed and in perfect condition. Shipping costs and taxes were almost half the total cost (not unreasonable given we were buying and shipping glassware).
