Very disappointed in a product that is…
Very disappointed in a product that is faulty.
I received my product 4 days ago, it was a Fisher Price Happy Shape Hedgehog musical toy.
It was for a gift for my 7 month old grandson.
At first it wouldn’t work at all so we put fresh batteries in them we started trying to get it to play music and most of the time it just keeps saying hedgehog. Very frustrating.
I’ve tried dialling the number on the bill but it just rings out for a long time and then tells me to leave a message for an individual whose name I can’t work out.
I’ve tried ringing the number on The website and that was just ringing out.
No one has called me back and I’m very disappointed and will never buy from this outfit again.

Had to wait a while
The service wasn't as quick as a lot of other businesses but the price was good, and as I had ordered in plenty of time there was no problem having to wait a while. The delivery company had to contact me though as the parcel had not been addressed properly and they were unable to deliver at first, so it took a couple of extra days before it arrived. But it worked out ok in the end.
