Took 3 weeks for order to arrive even…
Took 3 weeks for order to arrive even thou I had a delivery day within days of my orders. Constantly tried ringing and emailing no response what so ever. Relieved when order did evened arrive

First time I have shopped with web pets and I won't use it again. I waited 3 weeks, and my parcel still hadn't arrived, so I sent an email to enquire. They didn't send a reply, but a couple of days later I got a refund, which was good , but I wonder if I hadn't got in touch, what would have happened.

Ordered puppy food on 31/01/23 on 3/4 day delivery and still not received it think I’m being scammed contacting bank in the morning to report it. You can’t even phone them as it’s a dodgy phone number I have emailed them twice now and still had not an answer

Item not dispatched until 11 days after order placed
Item ordered on 3-Feb with 'shipping method' cited as 3-4 working days. Nothing to say whether or not the item was in stock, but it wasn't dispatched until 14-Feb. So, 11 days to dispatch it, and no explanation! Really not good enough.

The light is a must for the dark nights
The light on this is great and is rechargeable so no need to replace batteries. I use it every day for these dark nights. If the lead was more robust I would give it 5 stars but my collie has bitten thro the tape so not impressed with the strength of the tape. Had lots of good comments on our walks about the light on it so great idea

I received email confirmation that my order was getting ready to be shipped and then I received another email the day after to say I was being refunded with no explanation why. I guess they never had them in stock but would have been nice to have been told!
