Very disappointing experience. My prepaid order was significantly delayed, tracking updates were unclear, and customer support never provided a definite dispatch date despite multiple follow-ups. The product eventually arrived, but it did not fully match the website images.

To make matters worse, the company later processed a refund and then sent a legal notice demanding return of the product, creating unnecessary confusion. Overall, poor communication, lack of transparency, and a stressful customer experience.

This appears to be an untrustworthy or fake site. Please don’t get attracted by the flashy product images. The Jeans quality is poor, and the sizing is inaccurate. If you try to request a return or exchange, they will not accept it. Please be cautious before purchasing.. Just Beware of these frauds.

WEAR YOUR WORDS – SCAM & A MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

I placed an order for a Bling It On - Rhinestone Embellished Wide Leg Jeans pair of jeans on March 1, 2026 from #wearyourwords with high expectations. What followed has been nothing short of a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience.

The jeans arrived late and when they finally did, they were the wrong size. I requested an exchange from size 38 to 36 on March 12. The product was picked up on March 27 at 2:05 PM by the delivery agent, and the return was confirmed received by the company on March 31.

Since then? Silence.

No updates. No exchange. No refund. No response to emails. No customer support contact.

What’s even more concerning is that brands like #Ajio #myntrafashion are stocking these products, indirectly giving credibility to a company that appears to be systematically failing its customers.

Let’s be clear:
* False claims of failed pickups
* Delayed or missing responses
* No accountability after returns are completed

What is even more outrageous is that today, 28th April, when informed that I would be posting my experience on social media, they suddenly offered me a gift coupon for the amount I paid for the jeans less ₹250, which they claim as a pickup charge for returning the jeans

After this arbitrary deduction, the remaining amount is insufficient to purchase any of their products without paying an extra amount!

Given my already bad experience with Wear Your Jeans and not wanting to lose even more money by paying additional amounts on the coupon, I informed them that I did not want a credit but would like my money less ₹250 refunded to its original source.

Just as I had expected thereafter there has been no response from them!

This isn’t just poor service -it feels like a deliberate attempt to hold onto customers’ money without fulfilling obligations.

Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and basic respect. Until this issue is resolved, I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing from WEAR YOUR WORDS.

stupid website.. worst experience ever. They don’t reply to your queries . they ignore your issue and simply block you . I had requested an exchange of the piece but they have sent a wrong size., for which i have mailed them so many times. These people are hopeless . we should sue them together .

I received the wrong product with very poor quality, and when I tried to return it, their portal didn’t work. I emailed them multiple times — no reply, no help, nothing. They simply ignored me until my return window closed.

This honestly feels like a scam — once they get your money, they disappear.

No customer service. No accountability. No trust.

Please think twice before ordering from this brand

I wish this had a zero star thing because wear your words sucks. I placed an order on 3rd feb which was supposed to be delivered by today(9th Feb) but they haven’t dispatched it yet. No mails are answered pathetic service. Please do not buy from such unprofessional people who don’t even have a proper customer service.

This brand has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They took my money months ago and failed to deliver the products properly. I ordered denim in December 2025, faced size issues, returned the items after endless follow-ups, and only received gift vouchers after too many reminders.

When I reordered using those vouchers, the problems continued:
• One product again had a size issue and was returned.
• Another order placed on 16 January 2026 was never delivered.
• Courier tracking clearly showed “seller initiated delay”, yet the brand later cancelled the order themselves.

What’s more shocking is that after questioning them and asking for a resolution, they blocked my profile on social media instead of helping. No proper replies on emails, false dispatch claims, and complete mismanagement.

My money has been stuck for months, and customers are clearly being misled and ignored.

Strong warning to everyone:
❌ Don’t trust this brand
❌ Don’t expect honest communication
❌ Don’t waste your hard-earned money here

There are far better and more responsible brands available. Save yourself the mental stress.

Pathetic products. It’s a scam. Poor quality and no resolution to your complaints. Please check their reviews always before buying. Most of the users have given negative reviews about it and the only positive ones are from their own websites

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with them but they only provide an email id and respond once to 5-6 emails.
The return policy is a painful and so is the process. No clear timelines of what’s happening and when you’ll receive your parcel.
Additionally, the product quality is also not great.

Most pathetic customer service I've ever seen.
They only provide 1 single email id and the reply from that email is also almost non-existent.
I ordered a product on 23rd Nov 2025 which has not been delivered even till today 7th Jan. I emailed them on 4th Dec regarding the same, they told it was sold out they will send very soon but I didn't received the same. I emailed again them on 29th Dec but they've not even replied yet. Do not waste your time and energy buying products from this website.

Wear your words is a shit website! They send sub standard quality products and if we want to return our products, they block our money by sending the credits on the account. Unnecessary they are blocking everyone’s money. I regret buying from this website without seeing the reviews

the customer care is terrible . no one responds . i want to return my product but no response !

They will send you sub standard product, no where close to what is shown in the picture. Their return/exchange policy sucks. You might get a store credit after you send them 100 mails. But once you send the product back there is no guarantee of a store credit.
The jeans are low quality, very heavy n bulky n the crystals are hand sewed n that too very untidy. Don't waste your money

Horrible experience and horrible service.
Order 33234 . I had placed a jeans order. Brand quality is good however it's not true to the size. Hence I had to go for an exchange. I am getting pick up message initially but the pickup guy never picked phone or jeans. I have been following up I got another message today from the delivery team and I called the delivery person as well to pick up the jeans but he didn't pick my call.

Multiple follow up emails have been sent and messages on Instagram as well. Barely responds and do not provides any solution and worst part there is no contact helpline number is provided. It's a waste of money .

These guys are liars, liars is an understatement, they drag into their dirt, I placed an order a month ago, 40 emails written and only and only pure lies. Contact me for further details because they will take your money and never give you the product. They are the biggest con artists who show themselves as poorly hardworking people, reality being they cheat. They know the language of cheating and fraud extremely well

I am gutted with the level of services and 0 attention towards customers.

I was sent out a wrong size clear one was their error. I notified the exchange urgency and raised exchange request the very same day. And emailed the team regarding the same.

But they didn't even bother to check. The request was not processed for 3 damn days. Still I stayed patient, but still NOTHING. THEY literally don't care. Now I'm out of product to wear for a birthday and a gift too !!!!!
