Absolutely horrible customer service

I ordered a few tees from O2wear. I tried on the white one and decided the material was too thin, see-through and did not align with usual sizing (ie too small) It went straight back into the packet it arrived in. I sent them all back for a refund but they wouldn’t refund the tee I tried on! They sent a cold, unapologetic email with photos of supposed dirt on the returned top. I do not believe I put it there. I asked that they return the tee to me. It’s just arrived, and I cannot see a single mark on it. I’m so cross about this. In addition their refund procedure is a labyrinth. Their email communication style is robotic, cold and condescending. I’m annoyed, as I shared with them the importance of the low neck garments for accessing my portacath for my cancer treatment. So even “pulling the cancer card” did not illicit any empathy from O2Wear. It was overall a really disappointing experience.
And I really do have terminal cancer and I really was looking for soft deep neck tees for hospital. I certainly wasn’t looking for a long drawn out convoluted refund procedure.

Don't bother with the briefs!!!

Don't bother with the briefs!!!
Having ordered a few tops, which are lovely, I thought I would give the underwear a go. Arrived promptly, look lovely, seemed to fit fit perfectly, feel nice BUT LITERALLY FELL DOWN within minutes of wearing. They just DON'T STAY PUT. Had to spend the whole day fishing them up out of my trousers like a bad nappy. Lucky I was wearing trousers!!!
Contacted the company and no returns, obviously, but also no refund, no apology, no restitution.
Very disappointing.

The tops from this company aren't worth $45 each!

The tops ride up a fair way if you dont tuck them in. I prefer my tops left out of my pants and I expect a longer top like this one not to ride up when I bent and stand up putting out my washing or putting cardboard into a garbage bag, so that I have to keep pulling it down.
There is pilling (small balls of fluff) under the arms from wearing a hoodie - I assume, after the first wear!
The tops aren't warmer than the usual long sleeved top and jumper, even though the website tells you the clothes are warmer. My cheaper Target clothes have fared better than these tops so the price is too high.
The only good thing are the nice colours.
They aren't odour resistant even though it's winter.
If you are happy to pay $45 for a top that doesnt ride up your sides as long as you only sit down (unless you are happy to tuck the top in), and there isn't a refund if you are disappointed with the quality of the tops, then go ahead and waste your money.
I wish I had left the website when I saw the price.

My first order was a size too small but…

My first order was a size too small but there was no issue exchanging for a larger size - prompt and courteous service.
The long sleeved crew is the warmest thing in my wardrobe - I’ve ordered another 3 as I just can’t take them off.
Great product, and great service from an Australian company!

O2 Wear Bamboo long sleeved baselayer tops

I purchased two long sleeved bamboo rayon base layer tops. The lighter coloured top (pink) absorbed my face moisturiser as I was putting it on and became noticeably marked so first attempt to wear it was scuttled by the prominent oily stains. The company removed my comment from their Facebook ad and has made no attempt to contact me. I was able to remove the stain however it will require great care to avoid the oil marks next time as well. The fabric behaves similarly to silk.
