Horrible tasting product. Based on all the Instagram pictures it would make you believe you were buying proper food rather than a shake. Not sustainable or enjoyable to drink a shake like this 4 times a day. Glad I only purchased 1 tub. Can’t give this anymore than 1 star for packaging. Can I also add from ordering it took about 5 days which is not very quick based on the delivery of foods these days

Absolutely disgusting. Will be cancelling immediately. I have been using Huel which took some getting used to, but the Sole is horrendous and frankly, undrinkable.

Lost parcel, took nearly 2 weeks to finally arrive, customer service was relatively good, and I received some compensation, but when it finally arrived the cup was unbranded even though it is advertised with branding. The product itself is too sweet for my liking.

Never got the product, haven't had any updates about its status and its been over a week. Tried contacting customer service and haven't been able to reach anyone.

This is my third order, so I think it explains everything. Totally recommend to people who can't leave all those biscuits alone lol

I bought this for my partner while he was having radiotherapy to the throat and needed liquid food. This was far superior in nutrient density to the option offered by the hospital, which was higher in calories but mostly milk and sugar! Unfortunately, the consistency of the shake was still a little grainy to swallow towards the end of treatment but we pushed it through his stomach PEG.

I never received my item and customer services didn’t respond to my email about it.

Solo is fantastic, very adaptable for anyone's lifestyle, I only wish I could try each flavour and tell you more ☺ I've tried the strawberry and have mixed it up with water and fruit juices, so summery and yummy. My go to flavour so far is vanilla, as I can make vanilla latte's, chocolate, choc orange, choc mint etc, it's so tasty, so quick and so filling... if you're reading this trying to decide on buying, basing your decision on will it fill me up? OMG IT WILL... I use 100g with 500ml water and it's like a meal, yes, everyone is different, but my husband drinks these too and sometimes can only manage half. They are truly the way forward, have fun trying them out. I've not cooked with it yet, but that's next.

I bought the trial vanilla pack, expected the shaker bottle which didn't come, emailed them, have had no answer, I don't have a blender so haven't tried it,

Came in good time, but I've been trying to get hold of customer services since it's been delivered and I have been ignored, so not positive customer experience.

If you make the drink to the spec they say then it is as thick as cement and tastes crunchy and powdery, even when mixed in a nutribullet. It's not very nice, which is really disappointing.

Tried a number of different flavours, but found them tasting SO strongly of sweeteners which leaves an awful aftertaste with each sip. I would have much preferred if they just put real cane sugar instead of horrid sweeteners. I could never finish any of the trial packs because I found myself holding my nose and gulping and then just feeling sick afterwards. I would have even preferred if they had zero sweetness at all to them. I wouldn't mind the earthy taste at all, anything is better than the stereotypical "artificial sweetener" taste. Regardless of what type of sweeteners they use artificial or not, they taste disgusting and fake all the same. Either replace it with real sugar or don't add anything. The sweetener taste was just far too overwhelming, left me feeling nauseous all day. Waste of money.

Quick delivery, good product. Needs blending to get a good consistency though, but very useful product.

Ordering, delivery were excellent the actual product itself is an acquired taste it did mix well though.

The delivery was very quick and as promised.

Unfortunately, the product itself has an awful mouth feel. I couldn't honestly tell you if the flavours were accurate, due to the pretty immediate gag reflex.

This is my own personal experience, and I am aware that I can be a little more sensitive to such things than most. As they offer sample packs for purchase, you really have very little to lose by at least giving them a try.

Tasty healthy Vegan meal shake, has everything you need for the day.

I have tried other complete meal shakes before but I have found Solo to be the best by far in terms of taste, texture and customer service.

Their website is easy to use and there is a good variety of products to choose from along with the option to upgrade to subscription packages.

Delivery is very quick and the customer service on Social Media is friendly but also very informative.

If you are looking for a dietary replacement weather it is for a diet or to supplement your workouts I would highly recommend Solo.
