I did read all the reviews and must to say everyone are different. I've been trying all different shakes. I stopped on this. Having in a morning and keep me going till lunch. I mix with coconut milk, some frozen fruits, and it taste amazing. Also got fat metabolism, mixing with water, must say having g this for 2,5 month and lost 7kg, with diet of course.

Dangerous ... purchase solo keto shake at your own risk. I tried this today, to end up me having a trip to a&e with instant reaction to the shake, I started off stinging stomach, nausea, then stinging throat which ended up as an anaphylactic shock and i still have the extreme stinging in my stomach still. I was lucky to catch it in time to stop serious complications, but how many others haven't been lucky, I would avoid at all costs. Not safe at all. If i could give zero it would be this

So far I have taken a liking to the chocolate flavour, reminds me of the taste of cocoa powder, very sweet.

The nutritional content is good, the amount of saturated fat scared me but I was advised that most of this is from the coconut flour, so it's not as bad as it looks!

Unfortunately when I asked for information on nutrients like Molybdenum and Vitamin K, other vital nutrients the body needs, they were unable to provide any details about that so unfortunately if those are not present it is not a nutritionally complete meal.

I have this product every morning and it keeps me full all the way to lunch. I've recently tried the On The Go shakes and these are perfect if I'm out of the office or don't have time to grab food. Quick, convenient and tastes amazing! Would highly recommend!

It is nigh on impossible to mix the contents of the bottle with 300ml of liquid without shaking it for a lot longer than 30 seconds. Even when the bottle is shaken prior to the introduction of liquid. I would not recommend this as an 'on the go' shake as I still have the odd clump in my mixture 20 minutes later.

Placed an order on the 28th December, paying for next day delivery, has yet to even leave their warehouse according to the site (now 5th Jan I over a week on), given that I paid extra for next day delivery (appreciating the time of year) this is unacceptable.

Emails sent, as per other users no response - trying to get a refund for the two orders I’ve placed...

Solo looks like a great product for meal replacement, but I wouldn't recommend their company due to it being poorly run.

I placed an order on December 3 (12 days ago), and they still haven't filled my order and will not respond to repeated attempts to contact them through email or facebook. They don't list a phone number to get in contact, and I have no idea how to get my money back from this company. I'm at the point where I think I'm going to have to file a claim with my credit card company against Solo to get my money back.

I was looking for a complete meal replacement for an upcoming hiking trip. If you're needing something time sensitive, don't order from this company! They have other reviews like this that are a year old, where they respond "They have fixed the issue". They haven't.

There are a ton of other great meal replacement companies in the UK that are actually functional. My personal experience with Solo is that it is scammy. I wouldn't recommend.

Won't buy again.
Used 500ml unsweetened almond milk, and mixed in the coffee latte 1 meal sachet.
It was too thick and lumpy to stir by hand, so blitzed it.
Still too thick to drink easily, with a slimy quality, and very powdery. Really not pleasant, thrown it away.
Its a great idea, but this product needs more work before being offered for general sale.

The delivery was very quick.

The delivery was super fast. The website is easy to understand. The product looks smart and cool. The meals are very filling. I had two today and have had no cravings at all for snacks or anything. It's quite chalky in taste but I need to experiment more with making it less thick etc. I used the blender to ensure it was well mixed. I have tried similar products from other companies and have found the taste of this favourable. I am a special needs parent/carer to my severly disabled daughter. Sometimes prepping a healthy meal just isnt an option so I wanted to try this to look for a quick easy and healthy way to get fed! (My daughter is actually tube fed so on a liquid diet so she probably thinks im copying her!)

Nice flavours but found the texture quite chalky and difficult to swallow. Did keep me full for most of the morning and I like the shaker bottle.

Almost impossible to eat :-( The powder is very corny, causes coughing during drinking :-( :-( :-(

This is my go to shake when I have a busy day in the office. Keeps me full and stops me snacking.

I have this every morning when I wake up. Fills me up perfectly, definitely worth a try!

O asked to cancel my order and I got no answer.

It is one of the worst Star Wars film ever only thing I liked was the small references to the original film
