On 2/9/26, I ordered the cooling pillow and an extra large bed. I received the cooling pillow and not the bed on February 12th. Due to the extended waiting time, I requested that the order for the bed be refunded to me. I was told after an argument going back and forth about this bed that it would take 7 to 12 business days for the money to be refunded to the original payment method. Today is March 8th and I just received an email stating that the bed is with FedEx with a tracking number which is the exact opposite of what I was told was going to happen. I did not order something to wait a month to get it and have made other arrangements with the money for this bed. It's like they stalled on purpose until they got more in stock. I sent another email demanding my money be in by Wednesday the 11th and advise them that I was refusing this delivery. This entire "transaction" is shady at best. Do not tell the public that your product will ship in two to five days, continue to argue about not refunding and just being patient, flat out lying and saying that the money was being refunded, then turn around and send the product a month later. Bad business. Never again. Beware of this company.
Great product and customer service
A friend of mine had a plufl and I fell in love with it and decided to grab one for myself. When my product hadn't shipped I got A response back immediately when I submitted a request for an update. Something I don't get often these days so I was surprised how quick and easy it was for me to talk to you an agent. They've been helpful and kind throughout the process!
The Plufl body pillow is great!
The Plufl body pillow had truly helped me sleep better and more comfortable. I love that the pillow case is actually cooling and stays cool all night long and the pillow itself is adjustable (you can remove the fluff to adjust to your specific needs!) I highly recommend!

If you’re like me, you are coming to trustpilot to see if this store is legit. It is. I did have a shipping issue as it was taking longer than anticipated. I emailed them, and recieved an immediate email response.) I recieved my body pillow shortly after. It is absolutely amazing. It’s super comfy, and very versatile. You can use it in way more ways than I thought. It’s cover is cooling. Does it keep you cold all night? Absolutely not. But it doesn’t make you sweat and is cool to the touch. I would definitely buy from them again, and have already recommended the body pillow to friends. Purchase with confidence.
Very Comfortable
I ordered the standard hugl. While waiting for it to arrive (only a few days) I received an email stating how to get help if needed. After reading instructions to let it decompress for 24 hours I wasn't sure if I should wait to put the cover on. Within an hour I got my answer. The hugl is very comfortable. My daughter liked it too. I decided I wanted the large and my daughter happily told me she'd take the standard. So I ordered the large and received it in a few days. The hardest part was waiting for it to decompress. I wanted to use it right away. My cat Spooky also likes it. I wish I could add a picture of her.
I LOVE my pillow bed!
I LOVE my cooling pillow! I have sleep apnea and should always sleep on my side but struggle with that. Not with my body pillow!! I hug it and it keeps me on my side. Plus the cooling effect it give off is awesome for a hot sleeper. It's cool on the front and back for a side sleeper. The new cooler blanket is the best. I stay cool all night. I LOVE it! Probably should get a second one to sleep on! They were first out of stock when I ordered my pillow but Noah contacted me and I got it shortly thereafter. SO HAPPY ever since!

I ordered the body pillow and it was ❤️ at 1st sight! Best of all I had a good night sleep... and as a free gift the sent the cooling blanket. Soft and such a comfort. So worth the wait!!

Products are incredible. My husband is finally able to sleep comfortably. Follow-up on the shipment is persistent to insure package arrives. Customer Service is very helpful and works to resolve any issues. We've ordered additional items because of the quality of merchandise.
Excellent customer service
So far I am very impressed with the customer service. I noticed my order was not shipped yet and reached out, I received a response within the hour with an update. I have had to wait longer for someone to reply in person! I can't wait for this to arrive to surprise my hubby for his birthday.

I ordered a hugl pillow and it was lost in transit. Customer service were polite although didn’t really help in anyway. It was when I asked for a refund that I was told to email Noah the co founder. He was so unprofessional and rude it felt like I was dealing with a teenager. I really wanted the pillow but I’d never order from them again on principle

Rubbish customer service
I ordered a Hugl™ Cooling Body Pillow to be delivered to me in the UK. It was offered with a free blanket.
I received the pillow but not the blanket. When I contacted customer service I was initially told it would arrive separately.
I then tried to order a spare cover for the pillow and the website would not allow me to do so because they do not deliver to the UK. Despite offering prices in £s and despite having already delivered the pillow to me in the UK.
I have had a massive email exchange with the customer service people at this company, including Noah who is apparently the owner. Eventually I was told that 1. They can't deliver to the UK and 2. I won't be getting the promised free blanket but he did offer me a 10% refund as goodwiil after I complained a lot.
I waited for the refund in vain and then realised that they had actually sent me a discount code for 27.61 dollars which was due to expire at the end of February and which I couldn't actually use BECAUSE THEY DON'T DELIVER TO THE UK!!!!
When I pointed this out and asked for an actual refund, Noah responded: "The discount that was issued is unfortunately not applicable to your current order and is valid only toward a future purchase. It is not able to be converted into a refund to your original payment method."
So I am giving this review to warn potential customers that the customer service from this company is non existent. The Hugl pillow is a fantastic product but if you need backup service don't hold your breath.

Updated February 27, 2026 - after posting my original negative Trustpilot review a lady from a Plufl contacted me to make the situation right. We discussed and she was very proactive to take the steps necessary to provide an improved customer experience. My free cooling blanket was delivered today. So if you are having problems try and reach out to Victoria in Marketing, she’s new at the company and trying to right the wrongs of the past. Hope the company is headed in a positive direction and will provide excellent customer service going forward for everyone that orders. Updated my stars from 1 to 3 since she was able to fulfill the order, but given the time since initial order I can’t give any more stars.

I’m updating my original review to reflect the full experience.
Following my initial post, a member of the marketing team reached out and worked to resolve the situation. I did receive a replacement pillow, which is better suited for my height, along with the previously missing blanket.
However, the overall experience remains mixed. Resolution was initiated only after a public review was posted, which suggests a reactive rather than proactive approach to customer service. In addition, prior communication indicated the blanket had shipped separately, but it ultimately arrived bundled with the replacement—highlighting a lack of consistency in the information provided.
While I appreciate the effort to make this right and the improved product fit, the end-to-end customer experience did not align with expectations. There is a clear opportunity to strengthen communication and service responsiveness. These are also solvable challenges—there are many readily available tools that can be easily integrated to track customer issues, monitor interactions, and ensure timely, consistent follow-through.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. The pillow ended up being too short for me (I’m 5’6”), and you can’t return it once it’s opened—something you don’t truly know until you try it. On top of that, there was supposed to be a free blanket included with my order from last fall, and months later I still haven’t received it despite repeated assurances that it’s coming. At this point, the whole experience feels misleading and very frustrating.
Don't do business with this company
Ordered on 12/16/2025, shipping confirmed in time for Xmas. I honestly forgot all about it until I got an email on 01/27/2026 stating it was ready for shipping. The company refused to cancel the order. Still has not arrived as of 02/04/2026 so I can't even comment yet on how fun and efficient the return process is going to be. Can't comment on the quality of the product that has never come. They did send me another email that said if I buy another product off of their Amazon site and leave them a good review they will reimburse the price of the additional product, so I go that going for me. They are claiming competitors who sell knockoffs are leaving them fake bad reviews...don't think so. Buyer beware of this company.

company named Victoria. Who turned it all around for me. The pillow it self is great very soft and comfy..just had some issue with delivery. But Victoria made everything right..was very attentive and listened to my needs and expectations of the company. Offered me reslove and followed through!! Thank you!! 💗
Zero product, zero accountability, zero stars
If I could give this company a zero, I absolutely would. The “person” you get when you email the help email address is either 100% AI, or just completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve anything.
I reached out asking to have my order canceled, after I noticed the order hadn’t even been processed 5 days after I placed it. I was offered either 8% off if I kept the order (which is an absolute slap in the face) or the option to cancel. I continued to ask to cancel my order and to receive a refund.
The next notification I received was a shipping notification and tracking number, NOT a refund. Now that they’ve shipped it out AFTER I had explicitly told them I wanted to cancel the order, they’re saying that their returns aren’t free and I would have to cover those expensive myself.
I am unbelievably disappointed and angered by the absolute lack of responsibility this company is willing to take to correct their mistakes.
No customer should have to assume a company’s mistakes and take on the financial liability of such an expensive product that they have mishandled.
This has honestly been one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had with a company.
Can't sleep without it!
This turned out to be a really great customer service experience. I needed more filling for my pillow, and at first I was told to purchase some on Amazon, but they quickly realized that was an error and offered to send me extra filling instead. On top of that, they were very attentive and caring. The product is by far the best pillow I’ve ever had — I don’t think I can live without it, and I’m not sure what I’m going to do when I go on vacation. It makes my sleep much more peaceful and restful, and I wake up feeling refreshed and cozy.
