I bought the large Hugl body pillow for my pregnant wife, and it has honestly made a huge difference in her sleep. She had been struggling to get comfortable at night, but since using this pillow, she’s been sleeping much more soundly and waking up with less discomfort.

The support is excellent—firm but still soft—and it really helps take pressure off her back and hips. The U-shape design makes it easy for her to stay comfortable whether she’s on her side or adjusting positions throughout the night.

One of the best features is how cool it stays. She tends to get warm at night, especially during pregnancy, and this pillow actually helps regulate temperature instead of trapping heat like others we’ve tried.

The quality also stands out—the materials feel premium, and the washable cover is a big plus. It’s clear this pillow was designed with comfort and practicality in mind.

If you’re on the fence, don’t be—you will not regret buying it. Highly recommend for anyone, especially pregnant women or side sleepers, looking for better rest!

You’d never guess that something that’s not a medication would facilitate such a great night’s sleep! Turn the room temp down, get in your pillow and awake refreshed!

This pillow is amazing! It is expensive, but worth every penny. I have trouble sleeping thru the night and am also a hot sleeper. Since I got my plufl I sleep thru the night mostly and do not wake up soaking. I also have their cooling blanket which is also amazing!! I even have a plufl in my guest room. Best thing I have bought in a long time.

I needed a large Hugl due to my height and the website was showing as out of stock. I had just received my welcome text and replied as suggested asking when they would be available. Bryan responded immediately with a link so I could purchase my large Hugl and it was shipped that day! I’ve been sleeping great and his service really impressed me. Now I am seriously considering a dog bed if I could find a spot for it. Thank you!!!

I received my Plufl back in November of last year, and it’s been a great addition ever since. The design is comfortable and well thought out, and it’s surprisingly cozy to curl up in. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the materials have held up nicely over time.

There was a slight snag with getting all parts of my order delivered at the same time, but Bryan in support was incredibly helpful and even offered me a 10% refund for the trouble.

I ordered a Plufl 1-2-26. Never received it. They blamed FedEx. Several emails were sent-they said just be patient. 4 weeks later - they said they would send another one and refund $150. Never sent. 8 weeks later I requested a refund. I waited 10 days and finally contacted Visa. They issued my refund. This is a terrible company to deal with. If you want a human dog bed, I would recommend NOT ordering direct from Plufl.

It took ages (months) for them to finally respond to me. I was able to connect by messaging the company on their Facebook page.... Plufl never saw any of my emails or Kickstarter messages, and is now charging me $58 USD additional shipping cost. They weren't able to deliver mine or most of their backers' orders since August 2025 and never even prompted me to pay for additional fees through the pledge manager. The estimated cost of delivery was between $10-$20 during their campaign, and suddenly it's 3-4x more?! $58 for bedsheets is astronomical, especially from U.S. to Canada.
Plufl would much rather keep the $109 that I pledged for the product than to complete their obligation or refund me. Lastly, I already explained that I can't afford the ridiculous shipping cost, and I have no use for the furfree sheets, since my cat passed away last Christmas. This is truly poor business practice and a scam! They've now decided to continue ignoring me instead of coming up with a solution.

I really love the body pillows and the the blanket thay was free was fantastic. When I ordered my second one I ordered a extra cover, it never came i wrote them back gave them my order number. They were quick to respond and shipped it out quickly. They did apologize, but more importantly they made right quickly and I love rhe products

They were super nice at checkout, welcoming demeanor, and were willing to change the order when I had sent it in. I’m very excited for the bed that I’ve ordered!

I love the pillow. I’ve been fighting pillows for years at night. This has totally changed the game. The cooling blanket is Aaaamazing. I’m not sure how I lived my life without it.

As many have already said, GETTING the order can take a good while. But once it did arrive, in my own experience, the quality exceeded my expectations. I've slept so much better ever since. To put more detail, it turns out I'd ordered mine just after they ran out of stock. But after reaching out after the expected shipping date, they got in touch and made things right. Even offered a partial refund on top of expediting the order to make up for lost time.

In short, you can -and probably should- expect it to take a while longer than the listed time it says to arrive, but the quality is worth it.

I bought their body pillow which is great quality. It improves sleep and is made of strong foam. The cover my pillow came with had a slight issue and customer service was wonderful and resolved the issue promptly. Solid product, great company.

Love my Plufl . Decided to get a sheet cover for it now that winter is about to be over . I like all the new products coming from Plufl !

The CS experience here is incredible, order follow ups and any concerns of mine have been dealt with swiftly and wholesale. I cannot recommend this company and products enough!

Took awhile to get it, but the communication was excellent through this process and I am absolutely in love with it. I don't think I have ever slept so good!!

I ordered the large size, which measures 57 inches according to the website. I was sent the standard pillow which measured 50 inches and my knees don't touch the bottoms of the pillow, defeating the purpose. I sent an email to customer service and got a response from Bryan saying to send measurements and pictures with the tape measure, which I did..showing it was 50 inches. He said sorry for the inconvenience, we will fix this mistake. Please send us the label. I then sent the label, which said it was the large (they put the standard pillow in a box with the cooling blanket bundle and put a label sticker on the box that said large), and after he saw this he said "there was no mistake, the label says you received the large, sorry that you are unhappy with it.." I said but you saw the measurements..please send me the correct size... They still have yet to correct my order. Not happy about this, after the proof I have sent them, and the extra money I have spent to get the larger size. Please fix this plufl!!!

Extremely good quality product. Whoever thought of putting those little loop tags on the ends of the body pillow needs a raise. They are tiny but mighty! We had an issue with shipping that was handled efficiently and professionally.

What a difference a quality and well engineered sleep pillow makes. I have suffered from serious shoulder pain for many years which has hindered my sleep. Since using this sleep pillow, my shoulder pain has been reduced and I can sleep throughout the night without waking up because shoulder pain. Highly recommended
