Terrible customer service, I get weekly service from WCA for the last five or so years and the last 6 months to a year they have missed my pick up many times and I call and the say we will be there tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. Eventually after a few weeks they might show up. They have never missed my auto payments though and never given me credit for missed pickups. They miss my trash all the time but never miss taking my payments.

WCA is extremely inconsistent with their parameters on weight. Recently, they left 4 lawn and leaf bags out of 7 out due to being over 40 pounds. However, it snowed and rained today causing the bags to become wet and added weight. In addition, they threw two of the bags and they split and spilt over - leaving me with the cleanup. We have lived in this area for 12 years and have never had a problem , this year we experienced our trash company throwing our trash on our lawn and the recent lawn bags. The customer service line is a joke and doesn't allow you to leave a vm after working hours - furthering the communication barrier they put up. Disappointed that our city utilizes this poor service.
