I recently had an issue with a missing item from my order, and I want to say a huge thank you to Wave and Antria for their outstanding customer service.
From the moment I contacted them, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and resolved the issue much quicker than I expected.
It’s rare to come across customer service that is both efficient and genuinely caring, but Wave and Antria went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. Their prompt response and dedication to helping me gave me complete confidence in the company.

Buy a SUP from Decathlon or GoOutdoors - at least if it goes wrong you know you're dealing with a fairly reputable company that honours it's promises.
We bought a drop stitch inflatable - SO unfit for purpose (would not float a small family of 3 on a still river...htg) that we returned via THEIR courier. We sailed past their 7-10 working days refund promise, and I finally got my money back (about day 16) after SO many emails and writing a rotten review on here, that prompted a call from David, seemingly the only human being they employ.
Well done David for resolving my refund.
But I will never deal with Wave again.
I had an initial manufacturing defect with my wave tourer 3.0 board that I discovered the first time I used it. I emailed wave support and they got back to me quickly, arranged collection of the defected board and sent the same replacement all within 4 days. I had the replacement board in time for that weekend. Antria was helpful, fast to reply to me and sorted my issue out quickly. My replacement board does not have the same issue the first one did and feels sturdy on the water. We also have a kayak with them and have confidence if any issue arose they would sort it quickly. Antria had brilliant customer service and communication and had me back out on the water by the weekend. Fantastic.

I had an issue with a leak on the seam of my kayak floor.
I contacted Wave and Antria replied within 48 hrs.
Within 72 hrs of me contacting them a replacement floor had been sent out.
Cannot fault the customer service, absolutely brilliant!!

Ordered wave navigator for next day delivery. Money got taken, kayak never showed up. No phone number to call the company. Emailed them, they took two days to acknowledge my email and told they will investigate and get back to me. 2 more days-no updates. Upon chasing, they said they are chasing this... Whom are they chasing? They are the company.. absolute lack of transparency and the customer service is really not up to scratch.
At this point I feel I'll have to go through my credit card provider to get a refund.
Unfortunately their customer service lets them down here. I ordered a tourer 3.0 and kayak conversion seat that their website says are compatible THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. After 3 weeks of emails where I have had to send pictures and videos to them showing that it doesn’t fit I am still waiting after a week for their “warehouse team” to measure the seat straps. I was planing on getting a navigator to replace my current itiwit kayak but knowing how difficult it is to get a resolution from them when an issue arises I’ll look elsewhere.
Great customer service from Wave! I had an issue with an incorrect pump in my kayak kit, but Esther sorted it out quickly and arranged a replacement straight away. Really happy with the helpful and friendly support.

I ordered a Navigator 3.0 inflatable kayak from Wave.
It arrived well packaged, complete and on time.
The Navigator is my first inflatable kayak and it hasn't disappointed.
It's well made and easy to inflate and assemble.
The hard bow and stern are a great feature, which add to the kayaks sturdiness.
Wave's customer service has been great also, Sophie has been great, sorting out a couple of queries I had.

Amazing product and amazing customer aftercare, the trailblazer is an amazing watercraft for beginners and the advance alike. David was so helpful and easy to communicate with about a small issue I had that was resolved instantly and without issue. Highly recommended 10 out of 10 team and product. Fantastic customer service from Esther at Wave SUPs! Super quick replies, even over the Bank Holiday, and she was so helpful sorting out a faulty valve on my paddleboard. She organised a replacement immediately and even changed my address as I’d moved since placing the original order. Friendly, efficient and hassle free service. Highly recommend!

When everything goes smoothly, they are fine. However, the moment something goes wrong, their customer service is incredibly poor. They clearly do not read emails properly to understand the issue, relying instead on a generic script of offering a 5% discount and a cheap phone case to make problems go away.
In my case, I ordered a carbon fiber paddle, but they shipped an aluminum one instead. When I complained, they offered the standard 5% discount. After insisting on a replacement, they sent a second aluminum paddle, insisting it was correct despite it being clearly labeled as a completely different, much cheaper model. While the paddleboard I ordered arrived without issues, their total failure to rectify a blatant shipping error—and their assumption that a 5% discount is an acceptable resolution—shows they have zero real customer care. I will be avoiding them in the future.
What a great company lighting fast delivery and superb quality product highly recommended top marks.

I bought a SUP board and phone case which were both delivered rapido. Unfortunately I had to return due to no longer needing and the customer service from start to end of that process was super helpful, friendly and efficient.
