Outstanding customer service. Quality products. Beautiful showroom, the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable.

From the moment I entered the showroom, I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff who took the time to understand my needs and guide me through the options. The whole process was handled very efficiently.

The work itself was a huge job. My old fireplace had been completely bricked up and needed to be broken through and rebuilt. Much of the original character and features were carefully restored and brought back to life. The workmanship is exceptional, with real attention to detail and obvious pride taken in blending the charm of the old house with a modern finish.
When the team left, it was as if they had never been there — everything was left clean and tidy.

The stove itself is stunning, produces a great amount of heat, and is very economical to run. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend their service.

Both the builders and showroom staff were approachable, helpful, and made me feel that nothing was ever too much effort. Thank you for such a fantastic service — I would highly recommend Waveney Stoves & Fireplaces.

Absolutely brilliant service. Full knowledge from Nicola and so helpful. We only went for a spare part for our wood burner however were treated as brilliantly as someone going for an installation. So pleased with the service that we would definitely go again when needed. I totally recommend them as wonderful customer service, tops.

Recently had a Clearview Logburner fitted. A super service from the visit to the showroom, survey by Justin, then fitted with professionalism and politeness by the lovely Jake and Alfie. We are loving our cosy new home. Thankyou

We had Waveney Stoves replace the clay back of our fireplace and add a cowl to the chimney, as part of a larger project. The next morning we realised there was a problem with the installation, and contacted Nicola about it. She arranged for Jake and Kevin to come that same afternoon to sort it, which kept our project on schedule. All of them could not have been nicer. It's one thing to know a company does good work, but it's even more important to know what happens when something goes wrong. We highly recommend Waveney Stoves for this reason. And they have a really beautiful showroom!
