Very disappointed, I recommend avoiding this shop for the disgusting service and tone of support. Even though it's my fault and it's their policy that I can't return it, exchange it or anything else, their support shouldn't be talking to customers like this. Extremely disappointed. I personally see many possible ways to conduct a dialogue in a way that doesn't blame the client. But that was not the case here. I don't even want to suggest as an opportunity to smooth the edges to offer a discount, partial refund and so on - this is obvious behaviour in this case.

I just wanted to give her a gift - a deluxe edition of her favourite manga.
But they ruined it. It's no longer deluxe, it's not worth the money paid. But apparently it was worth it for their reputation. For me they are disgusting and I will share that with anyone who wants to buy something from them.
