Waterdrop is always consistently good. I’ve never had damaged shipments and their drops taste wonderful. I’m passionately addicted to their glass water bottles.

I had an issue resolved today by Elizabet. They went over and above to help me and was very prompt in responses. The overall service was just such a nice experience and I felt really looked out for. I love my waterdrop bottle so much so the fact their customer service is so wonderful too, really leaves my heart feeling warm.

If there was a zero...I would give it.

I ordered a starter glass set on 24.10, when it arrived, the bottle was shattered. They offered to replace it, to date it has still not arrived. They claim it is lost by courier. I asked for a refund and was refunded €7.23 of a €37.90 order. Absolutely shameful behaviour, due to their poor packaging the 1st time round and who knows if the bottle was even sent the 2nd time round. So then Customer is left out of pocket due to no fault of their own. Useless!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Waterdrops are tastefull and makes me hydrate more and better. Zesty, fruity, sweet and or sour flavors give you lots of freedom to match your mood. Packages are delivered with care and costumer service is great. If you look for tasty hydration seek no further. Nothing but love for my waterdrops.

Wasn't able to redeem my rewards, any item I clicked on kept loading. :(

Drops are always delicious but kinda sticked that I wasn't able to utilize rewards.

Fast ordering and you rules lots of specials and always coming out with new flavors. Great rewards program and it has helped me drink more water

I like Waterdrop, the flavors are delicious, and there's a good selection. But what I really don't like is that you have to buy something from the online store to redeem your collected points. You also have to order a lot if you don't want to pay shipping costs, and it's even more expensive than in the drug store. That's not customer loyalty program, it's annoying.

I got my shipment of waterdrop capsules today. I got a whole bunch of each kind, thinking it's a good investment and will be a good alternative to juice. I tried the lime one, and something about it tastes super artificial. I also felt high or drunk afterward. Also disappointing that it contains sucralose. Long list of ingredients, was hoping it would be more natural and less laboratory

When I started using waterdrop, I was happy with the convenience and that there weren’t any artificial sweeteners. Now all but a handful of flavors have sucralose, which for one, tastes gross and fake, but I’m also allergic to. Every new flavor that has been released in the U.S. has it instead of stevia, so I definitely don’t order as much as I used to. The thrill of being part of the Waterdrop community is gone, mostly because the accessories/bottles are now dated and there was no advent calendar this year with exclusive items. Also really sad that the Ricola flavors did not get released here if they had stevia instead of sucralose.

Service is quick and reliable. Love frosted lime, Lemon and orange flavours. Also trying the pink lemonade flavour just now. Gives me a decent vitamin boost and kept colds and coughs at bay.

I've bought Lucy Filter Carafe, and it's been great so far. It filters super quickly, and water tastes good. I'm happy that I will finally reduce plastic waste, since tap water is not an option for drinking in my city. Customer service is absolutely amazing, and I already recommended this company to my friends.

Thought I'd try the energy/boost drinks and purchased the multi packs, with cherry, mango etc.
The delivery time is slow, over a week which in today's delivery world of one to two days makes it very slow.
The packaging is OK and I like the idea of individual pods so can take a few out with me and just need water.
Sadly flavours are weak, and for the price I'm just not impressed.
I can get 2ltr bottle of cordial for £1 - £2 providing more drinks.
As for the added things that are meant to give you energy etc, not noticed a difference at all.
Sadly they've had my money and I'll have to force myself to drink them now even though I don't look forward to it.
Might double up the drops to get some flavour.

Purchased a 7-Filter Osmosis System, best thing I purchased this year, unfortunately started having issues with the system, contacted customer service and they resolved my issue professionally and quickly. Huge thank you to Becky who was professional and dealt with my issues quickly.
