You never delivered the product after I paid. I had to do a charge back with my credit card company and my grandson didn’t get his Christmas gifts. I will never buy here again.

I still have not got my package yet and I been waiting for like 6 months it's about to be a year, like I'm wondering if i'm going to get the package or not

I would rate it with zero if possible. It is scam, fraud!! I ordered my item on Dec.01.2024. After several emails they do nothing and they “can’t” make a refund. It was my son’s Xmas gift. Complete abusive behavior just taking the money from people. They promise they are working on the orders…they have a manufacturing issue… they are not building a space ship!! Thieves!! That’s what they are!!!

I never received my my item, I had to go through my credit card company to get my refund it has been over three months and all I was getting from you crooks that we are working on it and I hope people read this so no one would be in the same shoes as me, you bunch of people takes peoples money and all you say is that we can assure that we’re working on your order you people are bunck crooks

Even though I left several reviews, this is one of my best purchases. The material of the goodie is great and the design is beautiful.

I ordered a pair of shorts on November 29, 2024, and they charged my credit card the same day. It's now March 17, 2025, and I have yet to receive the shorts!!! I wrote to the company multiple times, and they kept making excuses until I just never heard from them again. In my January 1, 2025 email exchange, I asked for a refund and they refused. Where are the shorts I ordered (order # 15395)???? Watch Your Step is a scam - don't buy from them!

I never received my merchandise, the purchase was made on December 8 and it is today that I have not received anything, they stole my money because the money just by processing my order was taken out of the account. Do not believe this page, they do not comply and only steal money. I have sent emails and they never respond to me, THEY ARE SCAMMERS because they did not even want to return my money.

I would give them no stars, but that isn't an option. I have been waiting for my item since November 2024. It still has not come and they refuse to give me my money. I know that I am not the only one. I may contact an attorney to start a class suit.

Cancelled an order. They emailed and said your order has been cancelled. Sent it anyway. When I returned back with the label they sent it was returned back to me.?? Still did not receive another order from December

I never received the order that was placed in November of 2024. it was a Christmas present. I was told the order was shipped, I was told the order could not be found. so this place I have come to believe I was scammed.
