I had a ring resized in the Shepherd's Bush Westfield Watch Surgery. Dimitri did a superb job and quickly, all the staff are lovely. I could not be happier.

Recently used their postal repair service from the north of Scotland.
Oz kept me posted the whole time he had my watch before returning it repaired & cleaned.
Service was 1st class from initial contact to receiving the piece back.
Would certainly recommend.

I took my Mont Blanc watch with broken strap to Watch Surgery and within minutes Halit had found a suitable replacement strap, cleaned the watch , set the time and date .
These guys go over and above to provide a great service at a reasonable price.

I must admit AHMAD the watch repairer at your Bond Street Westone branch is an absolute magician. After two years of which no one was able to replace an oversized Swarovski new strap I inadvertently ordered, Ahmad found a way out. Incredibly professional. I’m enjoying my beautiful Swarovski watch yet again. Thank you AHMAD. 🙏🙏🙏

I Strongly DO NOT advise you to use this company, particularly if you have an expensive watch. Their staff broke a rare Waltham hillside mass pocket watch 1859 and he denied to my face. He did something you cannot believe a watch maker would do. Unprofessional
