Although the website was not clear that watches were not available to view at the Milton Keynes store, when I arrived at the store, staff could not have been more helpful.
The staff checked with their main office that they had the watch I was looking for and the staff at the office remained there until my arrival and enabled the purchase to take place.
Excellent customer service from those at the shop and Ganesh at the office.

Great service
WATCHO isn't too aggressive with their marketing and as an authorised dealer they always get in the latest watches that I am interested in. The loyalty scheme is a great idea and the orders are always delivered very quickly.
