Excellent service & impeccable watches
This is my go to shop for pre-owned watches, purchased 6 watches so far, 2 part exchanged, sold one watch and every transaction has been flawless. Great sales service with a bad aftertaste
Great sales service and super fast shipping. Condition of the watch is way better than expected, so I am overall very happy with the purchase. But, there was an invoice in the shipped box with all the informations that match to my purchased watch, but the price. The price on the invoice was around 25% lower than what I paid. This made me feel a little „ripped off“ and gives a bad aftertaste to the whole experience. Just to mention: the 25% difference can not be explained with VAT, dutie or customs fees.
I informed my service contact from Watchfinder and she apologized kindly, but she didn’t give any specific explanation or any compensation.

Very personable and civilised service from the team in Geneva. The Watchfinder brand ensured there were no worries about fakes etc. I am sure I could have found a better price on my part exchange watch, but I wasn’t prepared to risk dealing with an unknown third party. I would be happy to use Watchfinder again.

I saw my desired watch and good price on the Watchfinder internet portal site, which piqued my immediate interest. Briefly clicked on the side of the sighted watch!
After just a few days, I received an email that the watch will soon arrive and be ready for a desired and personal inspection. I will receive an appointment invitation 1-2 days later.
The procedure on site (based in Zurich) with the specialist went well and very professionally, the watch was also in the best condition (as in the picture).
I can therefore highly recommend this company and service.

Brilliant
Brilliant, personal service that catered for a potential logistical banana skin getting it from one country to another (during the COVID outbreak). They delivered 'next day' and even took care of import duty's.
My second purchase from Watchfinder, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned premium watch.
