Don't buy from this site

Don't buy from this site! I bought a watch for over $500, and after 15 days without it being shipped, I sent an email canceling and requesting a refund. Three days later, they sent an email saying it wasn't possible to cancel because they had already shipped the watch. When I checked the tracking, I saw they shipped the watch on the same day they sent the email... When the watch arrived, it was scratched and had lint on it! Never again.

They do ship from overseas, so once our team received your email, they did confirm with the vendor that it was too late to cancel. You are still welcome to return the item if there are any issues with the timepiece you have received. We have not received any messages regarding any issues to date.

I had to wait three weeks because my watch was stuck in customs because it came from China. Then I get the watch and the third hand doesn’t work in the 6 o’clock position and the pusher on the top right corner doesn’t work either. I didn’t buy one, but I bought two watches. The Waldhoff Multimatic 2 , so instead, what do they do? They send you a return label that you have to take back to USPS for a Watch that doesn’t work.
Beware of doing business with watches.com
So instead of just sending me a new watch that works they want me to send a watch back that doesn’t. What they should’ve done was the right thing and sent me the same model of the watch that works. I would never ever ever buy a watch from this company ever again.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life is watches.com- beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing !

As you are aware, you did purchase two items that shipped from overseas. I see that our team not only sent regular updates and replies to your many messages regarding tracking updates and customs inquiries, but they also had sent messages over to the shipping warehouse overseas and the Waldhoff brand directly. We take our custom service experience very seriously, which is why we reached out to our friends at Waldhoff to further get details and information on this model to inquire about the proper procedure for winding and testing. Our team provided troubleshooting assistance to you directly, and yes, we sent a label to offer a replacement or refund. It does appear from the video you sent that the watch just requires more winding power, but we did send the video to the brand, and also to a manager for review. In the meantime, our team also offered to test the item, which is our standard practice. Unfortunately, I do think that the initial reaction here seems one of frustration. The offer of a replacement was overlooked, and when we came into the office this morning, we were flooded with a bunch of messages from you. So please make sure to allow our team some time to have items shipped back and tested, replaced or refunded as we do try to offer all options up front. In this case, we are happy to offer a full refund as it seems that is what is best in the case and moving forward.

Watch.com needs to be on a fraud watchlist

I searched online for a watch which was sold out online everywhere but Watch.com. As the price was higher than market at watch.com, it was there for sometime, but I decided to pay the premium. I placed my order and I used PayPal, as I don’t like providing my credit card number directly online. PayPal approved the transaction directly from my checking account, but watch.com canceled the order. They claimed it was due to their internal fraud department. I asked if I could replace the order but the watch was mysteriously no longer available. The only fraud seems to be with watch.com which seemed to have never actually stocked the watch.

I WAS WRONG! GREAT COMPANY!

I originally had a negative review based on my order experience with WATCHES.COM. I had to change it. I complained about not getting any email responses from the company to update me on my order. They DID respond to emails just under my "promotions" inbox. I slammed them hard and they didn't deserve it. I freaked out because I ordered a watch for 1.5k and saw no confirmation email in my regular inbox. Long story short. I received the watch sooner than expected and it's ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Best watch in my collection (Atowak Spaceship). Thank you Watches.com. I'll DEFINITELY be ordering again. You guys ARE THE REAL DEAL and I apologize for jumping the gun with a negative and disrespectful review. Don't be afraid to order from this company. They are A-1!!

Awesome place to buy watches

I don’t know why the bad reviews I bought 2 watches from there and had no problem. And what I see it’s an awesome place to buy watches.com. And highly recommend it. Also I highly recommend to click on the box for shipping insurance which it doesn’t cost that much which is worth it in case it’s lost or damage. And when I emailed them they answer pretty quickly and the reps were very professional when answering my emails. Thank you so much love the 2 watches that brought from you guys. Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, I should have listened to everyone else. My watch was 'lost' at customs, with no help at all. They do not give refunds.
They say I should have taken insurance, it's not on their website, though you can pay for delivery through a not very obvious drop down menu.
It is a scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website. I paid for expedited shipping, the watch was broken in two different places. I was not given a refund for the watch or the shipping costs and was told I'd have to send the watch back via courier with my own money. Never shop on this site. Edit - AND they just deleted my negative review from their site...hopefully that tells you everything you need to know.

I made an order for two watch winders…

I made an order for two watch winders for a total of 500 dollars. They sent an email that a winder (400 dollars was not available anymore). I canceled the order.
They placed again on their website the winder at double the price.

BEWARE

BEWARE. This company tell people to "discover watches you've never seen before" What they don't tell people is the complete truth. They delay taking responsibility with obstacles and use delay tactics for as long as they can. They don't tell people if a watch goes missing then the customer has to do all the work to find the missing watch. I ordered a watch in October 2024 for a Christmas gift, the Tracking showed the watch was held in UK Customs. This went on for 14 weeks. Every time I contacted Watches.com the same named person at the end of every message suggested that I contact the courier. I contacted the courier but the courier and UK Customs would not discuss anything with me and told me to go back to the seller Watches.com. Then Watches.com told me to wait 2 weeks. I done that, then Watches.com told me to wait another 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks. I went around this ridiculously again doing all the contacting before I realised it was the seller who has to do the contacting for a missing item from them, and not pass that responsibility to their customers.
Then Watches.com told me it was a busy time of year with Thanskgiving and to give them more time which has nothing to do with the UK. After I realised all the delay tactics of not refunding or replacing my watch, I then asked for a Manager to take over, and she contradicted herself and said she was the manager.
BEWARE also of Navidium Insurance it is a joke. I filled in the insurance claim form and Watches.com would not authorise it from their side. For weeks Navidium Insurance was showing as being reviewed. I contacted Navidium and they ignored every email and also every live chat. It showed they had read my request but week after week Navidium did not respond.
I looked further into this and apparently every time a customer purchases shipping protection, Watches.com keep 100% of the shipping protection money. Navidium's own website is very informative of how they con money from people. Don't believe their replies to these reviews stating how helpful they are as they have really been shifting the blame. They repeatedly reply stating they are happy to help but have no record of the name placing the order, or they say they have rectified the problem.
Eventually after months of stress they caused me, no reply from Watches.com and no watch in time for a christmas gift. After christmas was over I considered contacting Nubeo.Com about this, which is where Watches.com told me they get some of their watches from, and suddenly Watches.com refunded my money a few days ago.
I would not order from watches.com ever again.
I then ordered a watch from Mainspring Boutique and their excellent service delivered my watch the next day.
I have also ordered from Nubeo.com and their service is excellent too.
BEWARE Watches.com.
BEWARE Navidium Insurance.
Both are not truthful and both are not helpful by dealing with their responsiblities.

So sometimes these delivery delays do just happen. It is quite unfortunate, but we are very up front on our terms and conditions for the purposes of filing insurance claims. Most holiday shipments with standard shipping can take additional time, because they are shipped with the slowest ship method. We do offer upgraded shipping, as well.

Once the item ships, the local carrier overseas does not provide our agents with much detail. They will always recommend having the recipient reach out directly. Our hands are pretty tied, which is why we do have private insurance to handle replacements/refunds. I am glad to hear they were able to complete your claim.

Excellent process, sad outcome...

Excellent purchase process and shipping.
The watch turned out to look a bit different in person (no fault of watches.com - everyone's context is different and the generic photos cannot account for individual condition), so I decided to swap it for another model. Sadly, there is no "swap" process, only "return + purchase". The return was very straightforward (kudos!), but by the time it went through, the watch I wanted to swap for (same model, different colors) was removed from the "WONDER" sale (50% off). The sale is still going on, so it is profoundly annoying - no watch for me :-(

Everything about this transaction was perfect. The site is friendly and easy to navigate, the watch was shipped safe, secure, and in a reasonable amount of time. The watch itself is outstanding, and the price was unbeatable. Anyone who knows me, knows that I dig, dig, and dig some more, until I find the absolute lowest price. This was it! By a large margin as well.

I excellent products and fully legit

I think the reviews have been harsh but this website never fails me. I made 4 separate orders and the items arrived in perfect shape and as described and the packaging was good. I also find their items of perfect value for money paid.
The only problem is they pay for cheap free international shipping so your items can arrive in 4 weeks (to the Middle East) and you will have to pay import taxes.

Received an open box/used watch, no tag, dirty with finger prints and dust, box was rip out, watch was in good condition but definitely not new, this was a disappointment, I will NOT be buying from them anymore.

Put the order in on Friday after work and shipping label was created following Monday, watch arrived 2 days later.

Thanks for the 10% discount on a watch that NEVED goes on discount on the manufacturers website.
