I received the watch must faster than I ever expected. The watch was extremely high in quality and I really like it.

I bought an Omega sea master aqua terra James Bond edition from you earlier this year. I am very happy with the watch and all my friends remark on it. Sadly recently the crown and stem have stopped working. I know that I am probably out of guarantee, but I am willing within reason to pay for repairs. I would appreciate your help.

Order two timex watches. One is still functioning and running well. The other is no longer running. I have a slight scratch on the face of this one. Must be the reason it decided to quit.

The shipment arrived a few days later then expected.

When I received a watch I ordered I was not crazy about it and sent it back for a refund expecting to reorder another in the near future...only to learn I am required to pay shipping for a return. Not very nice in 2022!

If course, no phone number to speak with a human being.

Smoothly and delivery was prompt.
As for the two watches, the only reason I made the purchase was due to them being on sale.They are not worth more then the $200 each I paid.
Your better off buying a Tufina for $350 on sale and getting a true German fine watch or any other fine

The watch's (a Bertucci A-2T Super Classic) packing had already been opened, the glass protection sticker removed and was in an operating mode ticking away. I'm guessing the watch inside had previously been sold and later returned. The minute hand of the watch 'shakes'. Was this the reason it had been returned to watches.com? Recycling returned and defective goods to new customers is never a good nor an honest way of conducting business. Would I buy from watches.com again? No way and I would suggest that anyone reading this buys elsewhere!

The NSquare "Magician" watch was a disappointment that I'm still trying to fix. The watch body is fine enough, but the band itself isn't sized for a man's wrist - at least in the USA. Problem is, the band uses a center-notch cutout which means its nearly impossible to switch out. I'm trying to get a piece made to adapt it to a standard band, but even that might not work. Also the package as advertised didn't come with what it showed, either. So I'm not very happy about it.

Love the watch! Had some issues with customs and shipping but the staff were very attentive and did their utmost to find a carrier that would ship the product, very happy with the service :)
