Great service, when you can’t use a skip, obviously a little more expensive but the driver helps with the removal of building waste, which is a plus, I’ll be using them throughout the development. Thanks

Booked a date for a man in a van collection 2 weeks in advance. Called on the day in the morning to ask about a rough time as I needed to do some shopping, I was told that it would be late morning which was fine. As it got to around 11am I got an email asking me to review the service provided as if someone had been and gone so I called again and was told early afternoon and it was an automated email. Then 4pm hit and still no sign, called again just to be told he "should" still be able to get here that day. I then received absolutely no contact from anyone. Pretty poor service and I won't be trying again, just a little bit of decency and communication would've gone a long way. Update: The removal men turnt up at 8.30pm, they are a company that operate about 45 minutes away, turns out waste king are just middle men so don't do what I did and just assume they were the best option because it turns out theyll just use a company close to you anyway and you'd get it cheaper and probably a better service just going direct.

Not the best experience …
I ordered the largest skip bag for garden waste disposal. It arrived in a timely manner. Once filled I contacted them for collection. 2 men and a small van arrived, there job was to empty by hand the contents of the skip bag into their van! They couldn't do it!
I ended up involved in several telephone conversations and also having to provide photo's of my driveway, skip bag, access etc. Eventually another van arrived and a man on his own has to manually move the contents of the bag into the back of his van. This took time and blocked access in our lane.
I assumed the bag would be lifted the same as a skip, why else would they quote maximum weight capacity?
I wouldn't use them again.

The driver who came to pick up the waste was very friendly and helpful.
Prior to that I had very good communication by e-mail when we were finding out how much it would cost to remove the waste.

Easy to book, Collected on the agreed date. It would have been 5 stars if they had sent an automated reply to confirm receipt. When their generic email finally arrived, it informed me I would be charged more than the agreed amount for a fridge or freezer when I'd specifically requested the removal of a fridge and freezer. They need to get their CRM sorted.
