I fell put on the spot and not having much choice other than to agree as I needed the items removed. I got shouted at and accuse by being rude myself and the gentlemen threatened me by calling off the job.
I wouldn’t not use the service again

Fantastic service! Quick quote, same day collection, was flexible too as i wasnt at the property. Really helpful driver and coordinator. Im a very happy customer.
The collection itself was fine, but the customer service was rude and unprofessional. I made the final payment about 15 minutes after they called me, which is perfectly reasonable, yet they became impatient and even made a disrespectful comment about me not having “common sense.” If they expect instant payment, they should say so upfront instead of speaking to customers that way. Or even charge everything upfront. Ridiculous approach.

Answer to the team:
You called me to let me know payment was due 11:19. I paid 11:34. That's exactly 15 minutes, which is reasonable until someone can reach a computer, type the details and check the dodgy link you sent (why was Paypal for the deposit and that weird link for the payment?). In the meantime you called me twice, I was in the process of doing it. If you don't communicate your customer that they have to pay in such a rush the minute you call them, you have to ask for payment in advance. Why did you charge only the deposit instead of the whole thing the day before? It would avoid this entire situation. If you were having any kind of issue within the property, this issue has to be communicated. I am not around to know the issues, hence why I said crystal ball. You lie when you said the context of the crystal ball was because I didn't know the payment was due. Your men told me it was because they weren't allowed in the building for 15/20 minutes, and I told them they should've told me and communicated the issue so I could help. If you don't communicate, there is no way I will know what's going on.
I treat people the way I am treated. You were not courteous, you were cornering me and harassing me for 15 minutes. You have communication issues and failed procedures that you need to revise. I have never experienced something like that. Everyone involved in my moving out, charged in advance. That's what you should be doing instead of the embarrassing situation you created today.

I was very impressed with this company, which I had not used previously. They provide bespoked immediate communication and a clear quotation which was very reasonably priced. Afast and effective efficient service which I highly recommend
Awful.Firstly was given a time slot and was not called to say they were running late. I had to call them for an update. Obviously cant read. I specifically told them there was no where to park outside my house. The person I spoke to was rude and called me a child when I tried to resolve the situation. Would never use them again!
This morning I woke up to a long abusive text from them telling me im now blacklisted.

I found the guys that came were rude and didn't want to listen to me talked over everything I was trying to explain to them. And when they left after first load i had to go bank! They even patronisingly showing me how to shut a door just to leave it wide open!! just wow just left it wide open when then when I tried to explain what they did wrong they didn't seem to care about anything i had to say unless its about the money he also and had ago for adding more stuff which I didn't do the carpet was clearly there when I showed him the room I would definitely not use this company again. I don't wish to be spoken too like crap in my own flat when I'm paying you £800 for the Job. You need to learn to listen to the customer especially when you do something wrong and stop talking to us like crap to. He did the electric all by his self and told me he would do it I said I would do it because its dangerous but he said he would do it get your facts straight before you try and make my comments seem like im being out of order when im not and stating facts all the extra he did off his own back and with attitude. And you ripped me off with £800 and now you saying you should have charged me more for the extra work that your staff chose to do there self when I already said I was doing it if they actually listen to anything I said or my misses we wouldn't have had to put such a bad comment but don't start accusing your customers of doing something they didn't or act like you tried to do us a favor that's a joke

I put in a deposit to get a waste collection, however they were not free for the timings I had put my deposit in for, so I ended up finding another service.
I asked what to do to get my deposit back, and asked to be contacted by email, as I can't take calls at the moment.
It's been 10 days, so I finally have the time to call, and I was met with a very defensive stance, and rude treatment.
In the end of the day the service was not granted, I should be getting the deposit back. However, I was being told that the deposit was non-refundable, but this wasn't communicated to me prior.
They also use WhatsApp as a way to do bookings, and then get the drivers to contact you, and you have to repeat all the information again, and it gets very convoluted.
I don't trust businesses like this, it feels like they were just trying to stay with my money.
I have now asked for a refund through paypal.
I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Firstly, this was booked in for next day at a quote for £170, not the same day. There was no plastic apart for 10 small rubble bags as shown in photos that were requested and sent. They were in front of the decking to be collect and clear in the photos. I called multiple times after the time booked in with no response for a few hours after booked time and was told they were running behind. I was then booked in for the same time next day. When they turned up at looked at what had to be removed we were then quoted £340. We did NOT have anything removed and cancelled the job.
