Online easy, phone friendly and helpful, delivery as promised and hassle free.
Washtech Worcester. Online access very easy and clear procedures. Phoned to check availability of the two Bosch items large upright fridge and separate freezer and confirm both to be delivered together. Freezer had a two week delay which was better than other companies approached were offering. Among best savings on price. Actual delivery time slot given with due notice and grateful to the driver for unpacking, installing, his user advice and removing packaging. Well worth the £20 standard fee which I should have booked in advance but was able to take up and settle by cheque on the delivery day. A most courteous service throughout. Highly recommended.

Excellent...delivered on time with friendly service
We ordered a new dishwasher when our old one popped and Wash Tech offered the best price by quite a way. It turned up exactly when it was supposed to and everything has been working as it should be since.
I'd definitely use Wash Tech in the future and will recommend them to any friend who asks.

We found Washtech on the net and ordered from them because they had reasonable prices and delivered to our area, but the service we got was way beyond what I normally expect from these kinds of transactions!
The men who brought our new dishwasher were extremely friendly as well as professional. Got the job done quickly and cleanly and gave a really god demonstration of the new machine, as well as lots of useful info on other appliances for the future. Just a generally good experience. Will definitely buy from them again - and will probably ring for advice before purchasing. They definitely know what they're talking about!
