He worked exceptionally hard, and successfully, to swiftly locate and fit a replacement part for us and, throughout the entire job, he was a superb ambassador for Washtec. The Wash Tech engineer, Alfie, gave 30 min notice of his arrival and he was right on time. He was very smart and affable and set about the task of mending our dishwasher and soon had the answer to the problem and quickly mended it. Having agonized over the best repair company to use I contacted Wash Tech and they delivered 5 star work. I have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again. Excellent service.

Failed dishwasher, called WT. Call out was good price, engineer was courteous and knowledgable. Tried to fix but was terminal problem.

They gave us a quote for new machine. Greta price. Went for it.

Installation engineer was also great.

initially impressed with speed,staff and punctuality.However when given the invoice discovered that I had been fitted with a different dishwasher to that quoted without referring to me .The fitter agreed that I was not at fault and rang his office to make the point on my behalf but they would not budge.The fitter gave me a £20 discount but I still ended up paying over £100 more than if I had gone to John Lewis. I sent them an e mail with my criticism and got a reply back from the owner confirming that I would be offered no further comment from him !!

We purchased a Siemens washing machine from Wash Tech a little over a year ago which was all dealt with efficiently. Around a week ago we began to have problems with the machine. I called WashTech and explained the problem, was then virtually immediately connected to Ian, one of the senior engineers who set me on a course of action to rapidly enable me to get the machine back in action. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team that I dealt with at Wash Tech who went way beyond the 'call of duty'. Highly recommended. Wash Tech deserve to do well - I wish there were more businesses like them!

I ordered a Bosch WAS287B0GB Logixx 9kg 1400rpm Freestanding Washing Machine (Black) on Saturday from Wash Tech as it was £42 pounds cheaper than John Lewis and on Monday afternoon I received an email to say it could have it delivered on Wednesday between 9 and 11am. It arrived at 10:30am with clear instructions from the delivery man on how to prepare it for installation. So the company did exactly what one would hope. Can't ask for more!

The lady I spoke to over the phone at the point I was trying to order our new dishwasher was really helpful and quick to deal with my query. I got straight through to a real person (no options to plough through) which is always appreciated. Our dishwasher was delivered as promised (they said it would be delivered between 9am and 12 noon next day and I got a call just after 9 to let me know they were half an hour away). It was fitted very quickly and efficiently and care was taken removing the old appliance and ensuring the new one fitted properly. The two man team were both friendly and helpful and I even got a full 'tour' of the new appliance and all it's features which I really hadn't expected but which was very helpful! Would highly recommend this company for a high level of service. Many thanks indeed.

Ordered a Bosch fridge freezer after a prolonged web hunt for the right model at the right price. Wash Tech were the best on price and ordering and delivery faultless. Nice touch giving the delivery drivers name as well. Thank you Ian. One very happy customer.

Purchased a Liebherr K2734 Fridge through Wash Tech at the best price available on the internet at the time. Notification of delivery came through by email after 6 days (a bit long, as delivery on the website is promised as 1 to 7 days) & delivered on 8th day after ordering. Not really an issue, as delivery was done on date & time as promised and delivery driver was most friendly & helpful. I will recommend Wash Tech to anybody who wishes to purchase an appliance, etc

The communication from the company was great, the product was delivered on time and was exactly what I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I was left to unpack and install a 2m fridge freezer with no assistance at all!

After having a bad experience with a well known high street company supplying and fitting our new kitchen appliances and causing damage to our kitchen floor, I was reluctant to let them fit and supply a new dishwasher! I also had to find a company that could fit a built in dishwasher and after reading several Wash Tec reviews decided to buy from them. It was a refreshing change to deal with a caring, professional company and Ian went out of his way to make sure the installation went without a hitch. He also took care to protect the floor with a carpet piece as he removed the old dishwasher. The new dishwasher itself is a Bosch semi integrated and is so quiet I can hardly hear it! Will definitely use them again in the future.

A few months ago I had ordered a new washing machine with a well known vendor in the UK. The delivery and installation of the machine turned out to be a nightmare, since the (new) machine was damaged and the installation left a big, very noticeable scratch on my kitchen floor. Therefore, when I now had to order a new dishwasher, I made sure to read all the reviews on the different companies out there. Since Wash Tech had a good reputation, I placed my order through them.
Wash Tech is a small, family run business, which means that the online service might not be as prompt as the one from other companies out there, however, don't let that influence you at all. The order process went as planned, and the delivery date took place within the promised timeframe. The one thing that blew me away however, was the amazing service they deliver for the delivery and installation. The person who managed all this was extremely friendly and polite, worked very fast, but careful and unbelievably clean. He also took the time to demo the product and made sure to point out all the important things to keep in mind for the maintenance of the machine.
The whole experience was extremely pleasant, and hassle free and I'll make sure to order any future appliances through Wash Tech as of now!

This company is definitely trying hard! Brilliant service - from the friendly and helpful person who managed to get me a next day delivery (we live in the countryside), to the very knowledgeable person who installed our built-in dishwasher, clearly explaining all the programs (and it closes better now than ever before!) I found my appliance cheaper at Washtec than other leading competitors, my order was processed promptly and delivered on time. The delivery driver was great and the email and telephone confirmation of delivery times was superb.

The men from Wash Tech were very proffesional and polite. They navigated my new washer dryer through my narrow hallway without damaging any of my erotic African art.
