The gentleman from pest control has visited me a few times over the years for mice.He is professional, polite and friendly. He takes his time and carrys out the service to a high standard. In addition to this, he always explained what he's doing and the next steps. I feel like a valued customer.

Only suggestion would be to make it clearer at the booking process how far apart the visits are.

Once I had paid for the service, the pick-up was quickly booked in. I received a reminder the night before, and collection itself was easy and timely. My only criticism is that it really isn't clear on the website how you book in for rubbish collection, so I had to ring in order to locate the right service. This service needs to be more clearly located on the website if they want people to use it.

Excellent service. Didn't have to wait long for someone to come round to deal with our wasp nest and it was all done in about half an hour. No sign of the wasps at all now. Matt also gave us a brief run down on the life cycle of the wasp...thanks for that!

This service was excellent from the start. Office staff really efficient. Then guy doing the quote was very thorough checking everything that was to be removed. The guys came exactly on time and were really great. They completely cleared the area. Brilliant

There is a lack of communication, understanding and organisation. They get confused with the quotes. I can not seem to get any work done

The person who arrived was very friendly and polite. Once the work had been completed I was given an explanation on how I am able to to stop the overflow or let the overflow run into the drain. Everything was completely in no time and there was no mess to clear up afterwards

The two workers were very hard-working, polite and helpful and completed the job efficiently at the expected time. There was only one task they were understandably unable to fully complete - part of the carpet was impossible to remove without specialist equipment. However, everything else was done as per my request.
