I can not thank Steve and Kobe enough for all their hard work today. They work non stop to clear the garden and were polite and respectful. They also tidied up well afterwards too. Will definitely use this service again.

The website said that they would tell you the night before a collection so you could put an aircon unit in your front garden but 2 days after I paid £28, without prior notice, I was sent an email saying it was a Reminder that the were collecting the item today. I did not see this email until after they had come and gone so rearranged the collection for a few days later but was told to put the item outside. However, the item disappeared overnight [on a Saturday] and phoning WF, I was told it was not them who collected and told I would get a refund and the collection cancelled. But then I was again sent a Reminder email on the day when it should have been cancelled. I was later asked if I needed the service or not [in spite of previous communications on their secure messaging] but after over 14 working days, I still have not received my refund.

The team Chris and Nathaniel were the most amazing individuals I ever met.

They were very professional and passionate about their work.
They were very smart and kind.

The actual face to face workers are let down by their managers who give incorrect information to customers, leaving the workers to bear the brunt of customers frustration when they do not keep to the illogical time slots set by management

I probably would not use them again. The operative was friendly and knowledgeable and phone contact to arrange the appointment time was efficient.
The main issue was that the entire booking and quoting system is online.
I chose the service that most matched my requirements and paid £245. This was to adjust and spray the front door hinges and then to plug some holes in our floorboards. What was actually needed was for us to replace 2 sections of floorboards rather than plugging some small holes. I had sent photos prior to the visit and this was not picked up on. The operative completed the original tasks within an hour. There was no opportunity to deviate from the original task even though a more appropriate solution had been identified.
