Always brilliant service and super quick free delivery. Will always use this company for my fish food.
I can't vouch personally for how good Walter's mealworms are, but my garden birds can't get enough of them.
The website was eay to use, delivered the next day and the dried mealworms were well packaged and reasonably priced. I will use this company again.

Wrong order, no communication.
I purchased 10lt fish flakes. My order arrived very quickly but on opening it is was the wrong item. After three times messaging them I still have had no reply. The phone number is not connecting. Not the expected level of customer service I expect. I know mistakes happen but you need to rectify them asap. Not sure I would buy from them again.

Kg (kilograms - weight) are not the same as litres (volume). The listings clearly state the quantity of product you are receiving

Quality products at reasonable prices.
The prices at Walter Products is what attracted me to this shop online as they are affordable and this does not take away from the quality of their goods as that's excellent. Great buying experience, will definitely use them again.
