I have placed 3 orders recently from Walsh Brothers, My first experience was so easy and such prompt delivery that whatever footwear my family need I will be checking their website and no doubt with their excellent range from all the top brands we shall be ordering from Walsh Brothers.Their prices are very competitive and their sales are great value. I am currently waiting on my most recent order, knee high leather boots at 50% off. slippers, shoes, trainers, boots, definitely a one stop shop

Impossible to put on

Impossible to put on. I didn’t realise there wasn’t a zip at the side or that the laces cannot be untied. Will try to put them on using a shoehorn. Feel I shouldn’t have this difficulty with Gabor shoes😩

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I can understand the confusion from the pictures shown why you may think that the laces could be tied. The elasticated lace can be misleading.

I have now updated the product information here https://www.walshbrothersshoes.ie › products › gabor-73-243-16-navy to clearly state that shoes are slip-on.

I will email you privately to discuss a resolution or if you find that the shoes are not suitable there is no problem returning them for a full refund of amount paid. The instruction to do so are on your packing slip or if you would rather I can send you a return label or arrange for them to be collected from your home.

Excellent product and service

I recently ordered a pair of ankle boots via the Walsh Brothers Shoes website. It was straightforward and the boots were delivered within 48 hours. The quality of the boots and the size are just perfect. I can't wait to start wearing them.
