Great price and super quick delivery also being able to order small quantity with lower shipping fee is brilliant. This last purchase was adding to some tile I had left over from last project only needed small amount. My second purchase from this company and very impressed with them.

Ordering was simple and the tiles were delivered quickly

Ordered several of their oak wall batten wall panels for next day delivery, the delivery van ended up breaking down causing the delivery schedule to run behind big time.

Credit to them, they got sorted and called to say would it be possible to still deliver approx 9pm as to honour the next day delivery as planned.

It might have been late but the product still showed up on the day it was organised. Brilliant service and also worth noting a fab product as well.

Very helpful representative, Josh, was professional, polite and helpful. Order received quickly with updates on when to be delivered made frequently.On inspection of fence when arrived it all looks very good.Thoroughly recommended

We ordered a sample tile and liked how it looked so placed an order. When the tiles were delivered they looked nothing like the sample tile. The colour was blotchy and streaky and there was a box of tiles completely smashed. We contacted Walls and Floors as we wanted to send them back. Initially they said we would have to pay for re-delivery. After we complained this wasn’t our fault and it wasn’t a case of us not wanting the tiles but the tiles not being what we ordered they agreed to cover the re-delivery. They then processed the refund and included an “adjustment fee” which just happed to be the exact cost of the re-delivery! I can’t complain about the people we spoke to at Walls and Floors, they picked up the phone and helped us as much as they could. However, the company itself I would not recommend at all. They even admitted that the pictures on their website don’t look like the tiles they sell!! Perhaps it’s just our experience but there are plenty of tile companies out there, some of whom we have dealt with whilst remodelling our bathroom, who are much much better. We certainly will never be using them again.

Fast and careful delivery.

The tiles I bought are nice, and good value. However the company sent me two boxes of a completely different batch and shade and when I emailed them to query, and sent many photos to prove this, they said I can return them but it will cost me £60, for tiles that only would give me £30 refund. I found that unacceptable as my tiler had to improvise with the rest of the tiles being short of 2 boxes, and why would I ever have to pay for something that was their error? Took many emails and me asking to escalate before they agreed to collect them for free as it should be, and gave me a refund for the 2 incorrect boxes. Overall this made the experience very difficult and I am not sure I will be using them in future.

Great customer service, responsive and fast delivery. However, I ordered just six tiles and two have been chipped, with a third missing a large section of material from one corner about 2cm wide. I would ordinarily approach the seller for something like this, but I could not find any of the debris missing from the tiles in the well sealed packaging. I could only conclude that someone picked up this defective tile from stock (along with the two other chipped ones) and placed it in the box to be sent to me. This is beyond unacceptable and something that sent me straight to Trustpilot, rather than to the store. This business practice does not warrant a second chance.
