Buy somewhere else
Received my wall planks and they had blue undertones (this was not mentioned or shown online). They don't match the room I was planning on putting them up in. Sent a return request online and heard nothing back. So I emailed the company. Still crickets. So now I'm out the money I spent on these since I can't use them and the company just ignores any time you try to reach out. Do yourself a favor and find some in store at Home Depot or Lowe's so you can see them before purchasing.

Some gaps due to different sizes, but good overall
The planks look good, not great BECAUSE there are very slight differences in the widths of them. Some are a full 1/16 inch skinnier than others. That doesn't sound like a lot, but when you're trying to keep the lines level (I did horizontal installation), it's huge. It's not something they mention, so I am. Be aware

Customer Representatives are great…however….
Customer Representatives are very helpful, informative, and professional. However, you'll lose big time on their return policy. Before I purchased 5 cartons of this particular planks, I got 5 samples to see if I’d like the color on my wall. And it did. Unfortunately, after I ordered the items and got them, I noticed and saw that the colors of the planks are a little darker than the samples they sent me. That was my issue because it will change the look of the project I visualized. They told me that their wood products all have variances in color as it is meant to mimic an aged and reclaimed door. But that’s what samples are for, to show you and give you an idea what the actual product looks like and to help you decide if that’s the right one you want and you’re looking for right? So I just decided to return it since I prefer the lighter shade based on the samples I got. They still impose the 10%restocking fee and the shipping cost which I wouldn’t mind if I just randomly changed my mind without any valid reason but I had and they wouldn’t honor it. It would have been fair to me if they have at least given me a little break on the restocking fee since I was inconvenienced, had to postpone my project, and it’s my first time trying their product. That would at least let me reconsider to be a returning customer. Disappointed.

I placed my order on Tuesday and paid…
I placed my order on Tuesday and paid for 3 day shipping, I assumed that would mean I would receive my order on the 3rd day which is today but just received an email that it was just sent out today. So clearly I am not receiving this today. I needed this trim for my contractor to finish my bathroom wall today.

Good but not great experience.
Love the look and they were pretty easy to install, but I did have a couple of issues with my order. I had one box with minor manufacturing defects (wrinkles in the overlay along the shiplap lip) I decided to cut that end off where possible but did end up with one on the wall where it is slightly visible. Also, wish the trim pieces has a little deeper cutback, they are not very forgiving if you get over the install line, ended up having to run pieces through table saw to make the cutback deeper. If the glue holds, I will probably try another project with them.

We are 100% confident in the strength of the VacuuBond adhesive and have not had any issues to date that have not been related to pre-installation sub wall preparation or failure to use a J-roller. We are looking forward to be part of your next project.
Samples before purchase
We love Wallplanks and used them for a project that turned out stunning. At that time, we were able to get some free samples (plus shipping) before purchasing. I was bummed that this time when ordering samples for another project I had to pay for the samples and shipping as a returning customer. Yes, the cost is low on samples, but just a suggestion for your returning customers.

I’ve always liked wall planks but my…
I’ve always liked wall planks but my last batch had glue on the front of multiple boards that was really hard to get off and 2 boards were cracked 😩. I had to use them due to the project needing done quickly but I’m very disappointed.

Wish I could cancel my sample
I tried getting ONE sample, which the website pushes FIVE for free. It cost be $19 because I was charged $3 for the sample, and $15 for shipping!!! If I could cancel this I would.

Amazing Product and easy to place
Not only is the shopping experience so easy, their product is amazing. We used this product in our home office and every time I have a virtual meeting everyone comments on how beautiful the wall looks.

Surprisingly good product
I created a nice accent wall in my living room using these planks. It looks fantastic, easy to use and with a clear top coat the wood came alive! I was reluctant to use a wood with adhesive back but I am glad I have tried it! And the customer service was excellent - the guy helped me to choose the proper quantity of the product and they answered questions in the middle of the night in chat session. Bravo guys!
