Great product! Easy to peel and stick. This transformed my living room in an amazing way! I highly recommend this product.

The style I want and got a sample of is out of stock. I’ve called several times and nobody answers. I left a few voicemails and nobody has returned my calls.
It’s very frustrating because I love the product and want to order 200 square feet. I’m very disappointed.

I could have gotten the samples for free but I did not see code until after the payment was made. Why did it not automatically state free?

The planks look good, mostly. The adhesive sticks really well. The shipping and multiple e-mails were confusing but we did get everything. Trim pieces are for along the floor not for corners. We did have a plank that was misprints and a couple "boards" that were short pieces placed together. We were able to make this work but it was disappointing to see that sort of poor quality given how much we paid for the planks.

Explanation of the product was good and I like where you can order a sample to make sure it’s the right choice

Easy to install - ordering was tricky - for some reason i thought it would figure off our square footage not per box.

They sold out of the original product I bought. I waited a month to check per their advice and then received a message that the current collection is discontinued until further notice. There will be a new collection/line will be coming back and is currently being reworked but there is no defined time as to when that would be. Now I have ordered a sample, but just realized that line in white (alabaster) is sold out. Ugh, while I realize I did not order the amount I needed, I never expected to run into this!

Customer service was awesome and the ease of these peel and stick planks is so awesome not to mention how beautiful the accent wall looks! Great quality and the price is right. I had calculated planks from another company and it was going to be over $1000 more😳

Got shorted on number of planks so couldn't finish it for babies arrival. Spoke with customer service department and the gentleman who answered seemed scared to approve anything to do with refunds or discounts. Even after I explained I was having to order more material complete the project they failed to even provide a discount on the new order or even apologize for their error causing me to make additional purchase. To this day have not yet received call, text, or email with explanation or apology. That should give you measure of this company's morals and ethics when it comes to their customers when actually having to deal with them.
