The shipment is not fast. I was missing materials and some items arrived damaged. Their return policy is unbelievable for what you get. Shipping cost is way too much just to bring the product about 74 miles to my address. Shipping cost $278.00 and now it’s $475.00. That’s highway robbery. Please consider your customers.

Wanted to return item because it wasn’t up to my expectations. They wanted to charge me for restocking fee, shipping & a shipping fee. Ridiculous! Do not try to return anything if you don’t like your product! They will charge for everything so you’re loosing money to return!

Great product for wall application
We saw this product at a local flooring store and notice it was less expensive to order direct from the manufacturer. So we ordered and shipment was quick and received in good condition. We had questions about the product and customer service was quick, responsive and attended to our asks until we were satisfied. The product is great quality. We used the planks to create a headboard and mounted it to a subfloor backing. While the adhesive is strong, I would probably choose a different material to mount it to on my next project. We had to air nail it with brads in a few areas which was fine and not noticeable in the finished product. I definitely would use this over LVT for a wall mount situation as it is much lighter and easier to work with. And we would definitely buy from wall planks again.

I had to order more wood to complete my project because several pieces were not up to my standards.
Fortunately, the seller quickly offered to replace the boards that were unusable.
One of the main reasons I chose to purchase via this company was based on the excellent customer service reviews.
I’ve installed a number of wooden walls through the years using various types and sizes of wood so I knew what to expect and exactly what I was looking for.
Because my walls were not perfectly flat and I had previously removed older coverings I chose to also use an additional powerful glue just to make sure! Again, lots of experiences with wooden walls.
I love the look of my new, modern looking white oak wall!

Ordering was easy and pics online matched the product we received. Adhesive is very sticky and we used the J roller which helped significantly as our walls are not perfectly flat. Very happy with our Wallplanks!
