Despite multiple urgent attempts to contact Walley over a two-week period, I have not received a proper or meaningful response regarding a billing issue. The lack of communication and extremely slow customer service are unacceptable. This matter has been handled very poorly, and as a result, I will never use Walley’s services again

NEVER buy anything from any company that uses Walley! The due date for my bills is the last day of the month 28-31 depending on the month! But if I don't pay over a week before the due date they will not receive the payment before the due date is up and they will EVERY month close my account and send me countless warnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This means that I can't use my account for a week EACH MONTH because of their repeated blunder!!!!!

If you need something from Walley, don't bother e-mailing. They literally take 3 weeks to answer, minimum, and will ask for documents they legally don't need to in order take care of what you ask of them. Then you wait another 3 weeks, and nothing gets done.
Moreover, although it says in their e-mail that, yes, you are free to call them at their customer service line if e-mail isn't fast enough for you, the phone number in their own customer service e-mail is incorrect.
If you DO need something, just grab the customer service number from their website. I had to queue for about 20 minutes, but they were able to solve my issue within 5 minutes. So, 0 stars for e-mail service, 5 stars for phone service.

It even shows as received in the Walley-app for each payment; each month. I never received a proper explanation from the customer support for that extra fee.
Everything else went fine and I would have paid that 5€ gladly as a service fee. But baseless penalties are never ok.

I am using a french account to pay some bills using your IBAN info and through an instant SEPA transfer. You cannot find my payments and you come up with the most ridiculous and unprofessional answer I've ever read:

I believe that we do not offer SEPA. Instead, I would recommend that the customer pay the bill using IBAN or through our application.

Your company's lack of professionalism is really insane. A SEPA transfer is one thing. It has nothing to do with IBAN. I of course need to use your company's IBAN to make the payment. I am baffled that you people cannot make the difference or even understand how banks work. IBAN = The account number. SEPA = the standard EU transfer system.

I attempted to contact hello(at)walley.fi customer support, as they recommend for any inquiries. No reply for almost two weeks so far, which is really bad given the urgent nature of payments and invoices.
Contacted their support on LinkedIn as well, no answer there either.
It seems like a great service, only if they would update and keep customers in the loop of what's going on.

When I bought products from XXL they told no extra interest will charge and total bill amount can pay by 10 month installment. But walley charges interest on monthly bill. When I put queries on my billing to Walley they told ask to XXL the same answer returned from XXL.Still I am confused who is responsible team to give solution, I paid the left amount and the solution.
