UK resident. Wallet is to be restricted for UK residents and they requested assets are moved out as they are applying to the uk regulator. Sent assets in wallet to MEXC. Unfortunately as there was no memo on one transaction it was subsequently returned to Telegram. It was in effect reversed. Despite the obviousness of the situation (matched transaction) telegram making it as hard as possible to get the funds returned. Latest is that despite sending screen shots or the tx and the MEXC application, I now need to send a video of my account details! Really??? Give my personal account information showing my name. Scam and theives.

It's literally a scam they freeze your account for absolutely no reason they ask you to upgrade your verification level after you do they ask for some other things but it doesn't matter they just say we can't reactivate your wallet for unspecified reasons and steal your funds they don't even give you an option to withdraw your funds absolute rubbish support team a bunch of thieves!

A terrible experience using this custodial wallet for two months, even if you pass KYC it will not give you hope that you will not be simply blocked from accessing the Wallet. Support cannot clearly explain the reason for the blocking, I quote: “We cannot disclose the details of our internal checks,” that is, they directly refuse cooperation and assistance for their users. If you want to repeat the experience of the person who wrote on the forum that he lost 10k dollars, come here!

Absolutely awful experience that I never ever had with any wallet. They blocked my incoming transaction and held my funds
Asked to submit KYC which I did
Then no communication from them and funds are still blocked.
I’ve been in contact with their absolutely useless support that keeps asking details of where the funds come from. I gave the info that it’s for advertising service for a company (named this company) and they still continues to ask for even more information which is super private. I asked 5-7 times about how to recover my funds and they just ignore this question. It’s been more than a week now that it’s not solved. WORST wallet ever

The wallet isn't as useful as it should…
The wallet isn't as useful as it should be their support team I would say is that a level of zero as they don't really have a support team so I don't recommend. As I added funds to the wallet multiple times and then withdrawals take way too long on top of that I started to earn with them then went through kyc with all the right documents that they asked and then suspended my account shortly after and then I cannot get hold of support at all it just takes you through the support chat bot that is useless.

Long lasting support case with happy end, but customer care absence
I want to leave another one review on this service without removing a previous one.
I had an issue with locking my account and funds after passing KYC without explaination and any feedback in suppor for 3 weeks.
There was no a feedback for 3 weeks, until my funds were unlocked without any notification.
I'm still not able to use their YIELD feature and for now decided to withdraw funds, at least, until the proper stability will be guaranteed.
I should also notice, that there are oficial telegram chats with users, with moderation. At least it's a way to get some confidence, that it's not a scam
But i'll return to this project later.

Customer service is silent
I used the wallet often, but I am not sure about the safety of my money. Separately, it is impossible to contact the support service, after a month, not a single answer. When I try to report this in the chats of the official channels, they just ban me, considering that I am engaged in discrediting. Wallet is convenient, but safety first, I do not recommend it.

I'm a fresh person here and using this wallet first time. But the first expression is very nice, easy and friendly interface, and the wallet support team working very professionally and quick.
Only 1 disadvantage it's no so much crypto currency, there are only 3 types of the crypto at this wallet. It's needed to be added more various crypto currency.
Looking forward when the Notcoin will be added to this wallet as well. It will be a great day!!!

Good, easy to use, but…
It might be easy to buy cryptocurrency but when it comes to sale, it is another story. My ad for the USDT sale to EURO was there for 3 days with no results. I have 10+ trades and a 100% go-through rate. My ad was in the top 10 ads, so the price was good. So I ended up selling to sell bottom to a bit undervalued. I guess the problem is the lack of customers on some pairs.
