Made a really confusing first experience buying a property feel easy and simple. All throughout the purchase any questions or problems I had, Allen gave a response and help extremely quick. He listened to my situation and the things I wanted and made the purchase right for me. He spent a lot of time explaining things that were new to me and made it feel very clear and understandable.

We cannot recommend our mortgage advisor Allen enough. As first time buyers we were unsure what to do and more than a little bit nervous - Allen took the time to explain everything so clearly and offered us support each step of the way from choosing and applying for a mortgage to sorting our income protection and life insurance. He was always contactable, helpful, and made time to explain everything to us. We couldn't have got through the home buying process without him!

We have finally completed and moved into our new home on the 19th June.
To cut a very long story short, myself and my husband wanted to move to a bigger home. We had looked at houses that we liked and knew that we would need a mortgage. With this being our first mortgage together, we weren't sure of the amount we could borrow going forward as a duo.
