They the best quality best service best delivery in the marketb

It is a lovely shop without a doubt and I was so happy to find such a large collection of Willow Tree figurines. However, I was not impressed with the girl , I believe her name was Janice, sitting on a stool behind the cash register I had a lot of questions about the figurines and couldn’t see the prices as they were under the figurines so I needed her help She seemed completely cold and disinterested with my questions even after I made a purchase She went back to her seat as quickly as possible I think a lovely shop like this should have lovely staff that greet you with a smile and are eager to help I was so disappointed I will get my Willow Trees from GreenGate Nursery gift shop going forward

Janice is rude and disrespectful. I wanted to support Canadian small business and I still want to but NOT this one!

Went in this afternoon, and the place was dead, was greeted by a female employee who couldn’t even get up from her chair, or tear herself away from her phone to greet us! (The hello shout front across the store was so warm and heart felt, (sarcasm ) not once asked if we need help etc, will never go back!!

I never received my order ...been trying to reach them but nobody is answerring ! NEVER AGAIN ! How to loose $ 100.00

I ordered a candelabra from Home Treasures and More, but then found another I liked better from a different company. I wrote to Home Treasures and asked them not to send out the candelabra, as I had found another I liked better. They sent me their product anyway. I wrote Home Treasures THREE times asking where I should return their item to, and they NEVER wrote me back.

I do NOT recommend this company. Do NOT order from this company. They just ignore customers.

I was so excited to find this place to order by Lampe Berger fragrance refills which I have a hard time finding and there were so many options to choose from. It was so easy also to make my order and I was kept informed on the status at all times. Received my order promptly and packaged very well. I will definitely be ordering again.
