I am very disappointed with The SSL Store's affiliate program. After working hard to get my first sale, I finally managed to make a withdrawal. To my surprise, right after I received the money, they deleted my affiliate account without any explanation or prior contact. I brought them a customer who would generate commissions for 12 months, but by deleting my account, they kept the remaining 11 months of my hard-earned commissions. This is dishonest and lacks transparency. I do not recommend their affiliate program if you are looking for a serious partnership. They simply take your customers and cut you out of the deal.

Bought DigiCert S/MIME for Business for 70$ less than from DigiCert directly and the support was great.

unfortunately cant give 0 stars. worst service ever. accountmanagers dont answer - things which were promised were not delivered.

Most horrible company ever. Its a big scam overall. Nobody reachable by phone. Ive been running businesses worldwide for so many years and this is by far the worst customer experience.

Just go somewhere else.

I am having to cancel my credit card. THey charged my card for 313 and Im undable to speak to anyone. I have never used these people ever. What is an SSL

Good little store, a bit narrow between some isles. Reasonably well stocked for a small store. Staff attention good

good cheap prices, but a bit slow to reply to emails. Best to use the live chat option.
I do not recommend for mission critical websites. but ok for the rest of the 99% of websites.

You will lucky if you will able to issue or reissue certificates on their website. Zero Customer Support,
Cheapssl is better than this bad website!

Samantha did a big help with assisting me to complete my application! Unlike other agents, Samantha made sure and communicated with vendor. I hope other agents turns up their standards and do what Samantha did!

Awful service. They are brokers, not issuers. The certificate I got has no "Issuer" and "Issued to" attributes. While this is not a problem in most cases, it is not trusted by some strict services and in our case, we have to bin it.
The issuer said we should contact the reseller and the reseller is not responding either to email, chat, and phones put you in queues or voicemail.

Samantha in customer support was outstanding on the phone and using chat for links and docs I needed. I purchased a certificate 3 days ago, but my site was still showing "not secure." First I spent a lot of time with my host provider support, but they couldn't see the problem.
Samantha, however, found it right away (I hadn't uploaded the certificate) and guided me step-by-step to get it done. A few times I was on the edge of getting really frustrated, but her calmness and patience got me through it.
She's super knowledgeable, professional, and extraordinarily patient. Plus, she's able to imagine exactly where the customer is at and what instructions are needed—empathy is her super-power. She should be training other customer service reps everywhere.
