SCAM - Do not order from this site!
Ordered 2 beds on 29/04/26 and still have not received them after 10 ½ weeks despite numerous correspondence with the Company – always excuses - waiting on DPD, giving a screenshot of the order then an offer of 10% refund due to the delays which I never received.
I then sent an email and message through their business chat requesting a full refund – communication has stopped from the company. Now contacted credit card company.
I emphasise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

It was well packaged.
Fitting, there were four sturdy clips for the isofix. It was easy to put together and I am looking forward to taking my dog for an outing and using it

I have received my dog bed and I think it’s amazing fits in my car really well. And my dogs love it 🙂

Would have been 5 stars if I wasn’t met with many delays. But I was kept informed, up to date and Max was transparent with communication. Sometimes you have to remind yourself that small businesses have it really hard with the likes of huge companies. But the quality of this product is unmatched. I bought this on pre-order so it might be once they have got over this then they will have demand stock and maybe a better system for inventory.

The bed is great, the colour is really nice. Fits perfectly on the back row of a Fiat 500 for our 2 dogs to sit together in. The iso clips are really good. Not too difficult to undo but for safety you don’t want the clips just popping out while you’re driving.

Give them a chance and remember it’s not life or death if the order is late. They are a small business who are competing with the big dogs and need support. If you don’t mind waiting a little bit then definitely go with them as you won’t regret it and the product does arrive.

After being involved in a serious Road traffic collision earlier this year and spending 10 weeks in Hospital, first week in intensive care, thankfully I was on my own in the colllision. I decided to order the large dog bed for my two cavalier King Charles spaniels, unfortunately due to the high demand I had to wait longer than anticipated but I must say Max and his team kept being informed all the way I know feel safer carrying my precious cargo in the back of the car at highly recommend them to anybody as the quality is absolutely superb, first product, first class company.

Great seller , they keep you informed which is good as there was a delay in mine .
I ordered medium and tbh it’s a little small I have a patterdale terrier so thought it would be ok .
I am going to try and see how I get on as she only just fits in.
I would advise doing measurements but I really did not think she would need a large from the adverts I saw.

Dropped 1 star due the length of time we waited for delivery. Waited nearly 2 months from pre order to delivery. However once it arrived it has been a game changer for longer journeys for our Fur Baby. No instructions with item but easy to assemble. Also had to watch demo video to get correct position in the car for iso fix installation. Very secure once in position. Very happy with purchase.

We too experienced delays with delivery but to be fair were kept up to date. The bed itself is large and comfortable (probably too large for our whippet) and takes up the whole of the back seat. But the fact it’s black(our choice) fur and vinyl makes it very hot, so totally unusable on warm days. I find unclipping the iso fix really difficult. All in all disappointed.

I ordered the extra large bed for my two dogs to sit in which works really well. The delay in delivery stops me giving 5 stars but it is the best thing I’ve tried.

Our order has still not been delivered, despite promises. They clearly don’t have the stock or the ability to produce it to meet demand, yet continue to advertise.
Customer service is poor. You need to chase for an update, and so far responses have been vague without an actual commitment for delivery.

Disappointed and misleading customers, even emailed to deliver soon never happened then refund in 5 days its over two weeks and nothing! Overall over months and no bed no money! Disappointed and makes u think who to trust

Excellent customer service, fast responses and caring approach which all helps, but the star of the show is the product itself which is high quality, and immediately loved by our large dog. Secure, safe, comfy and stylish!

Delays on delivery, like others have mentioned, but I was kept updated and had replies when I did email, so I'm happy with the customer service. The item itself seems very well made, I think I miss-judged the size I would need for my dog, but it is also quite bulky (maybe not great for smaller cars), but it seems safe and my dog is happy she can look out of the window. I got the smaller size in blue and have a medium sized frenchie.

I pre-ordered an XL bed as my golden retriever was an anxious traveller. She has to travel in the rear of my estate car as there are children’s car seats in the back. The delivery had a couple of delays - it was not clear on the website that the product was coming from China. It did arrive eventually, vacuum packed and no explanatory leaflet. Once I got all the cushions in I realised there was very little room for a 27kg dog. However I persevered and tried to fit it in the boot of my estate car. It was hard to attach the clips to the anchor points with slightly arthritic hands, and even harder to unclip them. I had to remove the padding from the central cushion as the dog’s head was touching the roof of the car when she stood or sat up. The straps to link to her harness seem rather short and not very strong, but they have not yet been tested on a long journey. As I have a 250 mile journey coming up, I’ll be interested to see whether she is more relaxed in the dog dock than before. I hope so, as it was an expensive purchase.

Our golden retriever loves her bed/car seat. Our GR hates car journeys. She doesn’t like the motion of the car especially corners and roundabouts but she’s amazingly content in this dog car bed as it has wide padded sides so she knows she won’t fall off the seat if we stop suddenly. She’s attached with a harness and the bed is attached to the seat. She rests her head on the big cushioned sides like she does in an armchair at home. The delivery took a little while but is well worth the wait and there’s a very good video on YouTube showing how to put it together. I recommend this company 100%. Our dog Shelby has just completed a long car journey going on holiday using this bed and wasn’t as stressed as she usually is. She needs help getting in the car as it’s a bit higher with the seat but she doesn’t put ‘her breaks on’ now when we help her into the car. We’re using the bed for her to sleep in, in the holiday cottage too which is a bonus.

Due to Geo Political influences there was a delay on receiving the seat however Max was super helpful and responded to my questions.
After a long wait the seats arrived. Once it was all assembled I used it and it’s been great.

My two Dachshunds are safe and secure and I would highly recommend.

I ordered this product in June & was initially promised next day delivery. I hadn’t asked for this but the company itself had set an expectation. When it didn’t come within a few days, ‘Max’ the company owner replied to my email with a detailed explanation and an apology. I was informed that they were expecting a new shipment on 30th June and that I would receive my order soon after this. I left it more than a week after 30th June but had to email again and request a delivery date. The wording of the replies then seemed evasive and I began to suspect I was being scammed. It wasn’t a scam but for a while it felt like one. This is a shame because it is a good product (I took receipt today). I suspect the company is struggling to meet orders in a timely fashion and to meet customers expectations in these days of super fast delivery times in the U.K. However, they’d be far better being upfront and honest about waiting times from the very outset and give themselves some room for manoeuvre rather than have to reply to nervous customers who begin to think they’re being ripped off, because ultimately this is a product worth waiting for. If I had known from the start that my order would take a good few weeks to arrive I’d have waited in comfort and probably given a 5 star review

Ordered, very late delivery, emails received to say it was on its way, no instructions with the product when it arrived, however the product is very good (XL in black). I can only assume they overpromised and under delivered on their preorders and probably have been very let down by their manufacturer. Shame as the product, when you get it, is good quality and as described.

My name is Jackie’ my husband & l Allan absolutely love our cockerpoo Ruby to bits we spoil her with the best of everything, so when l was scrolling on instagram & l saw wagging rights showing a fabulous dog bed for car travel l fell in love & asked my husband Allan to buy one for Ruby & she looks so comfortable & safe on our car journeys. The great thing about this travel system is it’s securely fastened to the car seats so there is no room for movement when the car is moving. Also includes a small water bowl very cute. I can highly recommend buying from this small company xxxxxx
