Io in data 20/11/2023 ho fatto effettuare un bonifico di euro 7.000,00 per una vendita, ad oggi che è giovedì non ho ricevuto nulla e nemmeno mi stanno rispondendo. La banca mittente vede il bonifico azionato e elaborato con successo, mentre i primi messaggi che ho scambiato con loro non sono nulla. Oggi mi recherò dalla polizia e dal gruppo Striscia la notizia e Iene per far sì che questi truffatori evitano di imbrogliare altre persone. Spero che con questi soldi mangerete perché è vergognosa la cosa.

On 20/11/2023 I had a transfer of € 7,000.00 made for a sale, as of today that is Thursday I have not received anything and they are not even answering me. The sending bank sees the transfer successfully activated and processed, while the first messages I exchanged with them are nothing. Today I will go to the police and the group Striscia la notizia and Iene to make sure that these scammers avoid cheating other people. I hope that with this money you will eat because it is shameful

i just would not recommend. Surely i cannot be the only the only person with this issue!!?
I’ve had 3 transfers sent to my W1tty account, it’s been days and i haven’t received any! i sent money from my revolut account to this bank and revolut states the money was received by my bank and I HAVENT GOT ANYTHING!

Great cashback, confusing fees
Great cashback was given (while it lasted, offer is ending in a few days). However, the 1 euro fee for debit card transactions to a non-EEA merchant was... weird, especially as you can only see this after the transaction and refunds do not refund the 1 euro fee (and it tends to be difficult to track down whether the payment processor is in the EEA or Switzerland especially). Extra transparency here (e.g. while performing the 3ds check for a card) would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away- absolute waste account
Absolute waste account wuldnt advise to no one . Straight after I Opened account with them first issue transferred 2 small transfers from my own accounts to witty one of them got lost for a week :)
Then I transferred a bit more just to use card online - and when I decided to use I find out my account is restricted can’t send or receive money transfer bouncing back and card payments declined- and can’t send out either — phone line no one is picking up the phone called 100 times and in a chat all they say they need more time . It’s been 2 weeks now and they have no answer. Haven’t seen worse account in my life . Also no email or anything has been received about account restriction.
Complete junk - stay away

Hidden fees all around, watch topping up, they say they will notify you of any fees but they don't. I got charged 2.50 to top up and 1 euro when I used the virtual card.

Charged 1euro fee in small transaction because they say the vendor was outside EEA, despite transaction being in euros and advertising payments with no fees. There is no way for the customer to know in advance. Very bad experience

Holding my wife’s salary
They have been holding my wife’s salary. She is unable to do any actions on their app. It seems like they blocked her account without telling her why, which is very weird as she only receives her salary there and pays for her daily transportation expenses.
After some research, we found out some shady things about their “bank”. Customer Service team is inexistant. They don't care. Just know that when you sign up for their services. The complaints email is pointless, too.
Now, she asks them to close her account and send her hard-earned money to her French bank account, but they won't.
A shame!
