Didn't answer the support ticket at all. When I cancelled they said sorry, not good enough for a paid subscription.

Many IP locations are not correct. too bad for a well known vpn.
The servers are deceptive, they don't have servers in most of the claimed countries
This is a great service, very quick bandwidth. The sign up process was very easy.
I cannot even sign up for this. Their site blocked me on security grounds. AVOID. If you can't even sign up for the service, what company do you have?
I tried to renew a subscription and it’s impossible. I can to delete the account and set up another and still the app is in my old account . Terrible set up
I always use this VPN for travel. The connections are fabulous.
Lousy shi! Payed for it and couldn’t get in! Nobody available for help also. DONT BUY

I subscribed 2.5y ago. The first month was fine then the latency on the Canada server skyrocketed. It was difficult to use. I had to switch servers. The problem is and continues that there are some services I go to that use geolocation, that is, they only accept Canada connections. (ie my bank). Many times the only way to do my banking was to turn off the VPN, entirely defeating the purpose of paying for this security service. I was not happy that one of my critical services could have been compromised.
For the next year the quality of service was very inconsistent. I nearly cancelled but the company would not prorate my fees.
QOS improved significantly in 2022 and I went for many months not even knowing the VPN was there, exactly the way I want it and the way that my previous VPN services were. A VPN should work 99.9% and the user should not know it's there.
In early 2023, QOS took another nosedive. I was really frustrated. Part of the issue was that now I was getting all kinds of security alerts from various websites including Google search! More than once I had to play Google's "whack a mole" picture game just to do a search. I tested by switching to USA servers and there was no problem. I turned off Vpyr and there was no problem. I turned it back on to Canada and it was back to the terrible QOS. What was really annoying is that one particular service here in Canada that I go to a lot was totally inaccessible from the Canada server and totally accessible from any other server? My assumption is that there must have been some Vypr customers causing many of the IP addresses to be flagged and blocked by Google and Cloudflare.
In July 2023, there was a software update, the first one since I started using Vypr in 2021. It appears that all that changed was some esthetics for the popup window when Vypr launches because service levels have not improved.
There is five months left on my subscription. I have already decided that I'm not renewing and going back the service I previously had and at greater expense. What I don't know is if I'm even going to make it to the renewal date. I'm so frustrated that I might throw away the last few months and switch just so that my valuable time will not be wasted any longer.
Friends know I have a lot of IT experience and more are asking about personal security on their computers and home networks. I always tell them that a VPN is no longer an option. When they ask what I use, I won't tell them and refer them to the service that I'm going back to. IT's not worth getting flack from friends that end up with terrible service and blame me for it.
After 2.5 years, VyprVPN is no longer worth the hastle.
I'm happy because once I had set up my account it was easy to set up and the help I had on live chat was very helpful. I had been struggling to find a VPN that would work on my Mac os high Sierra version 10.13.6. So I'm happy

Horrible half of the times I have problems like not even being able to connect (it stays stuck on connecting forever) I also repaired it which still didn't work and reinstalled it also is slow and not worth the price. Spent $10 to not even be able to connect half the time. I encounter problems half the time I use this.

App did not work with, with multiple errors and despite assistance from support.
It is a pity as I had used it in the past and was very happy; I'm disappointed that the level of service is not the same.
They did however process my refund request straight away and did not place any difficulties in the process, which is appreciated. But nonetheless disappointed.
